“I went in to get a wireless card replaced in my Asus laptop and WOW. My husband had said this was a great place, but I was there on a Friday afternoon for over an hour and they were busy. I was startled by how many people came and went and how their needs were so politely and professionally handled. It was like watching a well-choreographed ballet. Robert is the computer expert and his sidekick Jackie is clever, smart and so kind---a true people person. People came in with all sorts of things and they were handled with such sensitivity and grace. Port Townsend is a town of older people and all levels of knowledge in the tech realm. There was a high entertainment value in listening to everyone's stories and needs handled by these two. I had phoned ahead to have them order the part and I made an appointment for installation. Robert is smart and efficient. It takes a lot to impress me but I am still absorbing the old-school care they took with each person who wandered in. I will be back. They handle all sorts of computers and have quite a few things on hand such as cables and such, but can order in other items. They built a custom computer for my husband and they do data recovery and more. People come in often having clicked improperly and populated their machines with malware.
