I would not get a storage unit here.They are so insane they changed our doors literally I had no idea that they got into my storage unit im so bloody creeped out because somebody was in my storage unit without me even knowing they were going to get in there, I have no access into my unit right now I can't get in their digital doors you have to literally ask their permission to get in every time they have to send you a code people go rent literally anywhere else but here they literally have records of me paying them.I have the receipts.And I got an email that they're giving away my stuff because of non-payment.They got paid.I have the receipts.Can you imagine if I didn't check my email?Which I don't typically ever check my email.They have my phone number and they don't bother to call me.They send an email something I never check how convenient for them and horrific for me.Can you imagine them giving away your things just like that?Because they did not bother to update their records?

Since Larroc took over management of the facility I was renting from I have had nothing but problems. From billing discrepancies to fraudulent late charges that all have cost me time and money. I finally had enough and emptied my unit, informing management that I was no longer renting, the unit was empty and to remove me from their awful automated billing service. Abraham assured me it was taken care of. Unfortunately this month my account was again debited by Larroc Storage. I have received no response and am livid that once again I have to fight this battle.

Great location for me to store my things while we were in transition to the area. I love the electronic gate and locks, very secure. Unit was clean and management was very helpful!

This place is Awesome!! The manager/owner Abraham lives on the property and is the absolutely wonderful to work with and goes out of his way and above the call of duty to help you! The Storage facility is extremely clean and you’ll be happy that is completely paved with asphalt! Looks Great. Can’t say enough good about Abraham and Larroc Storage!!

New management has really turned this place around! They are family owned and operated with excellent 5-star customer service. This is by far the best storage facility in the PNW. 10/10 would recommend for all of your storage needs! And they have amazing rates too! Thank you LARROC Storage for keeping me happy and my belongings secured and safe!

3 months I've been renting here. I got 2 units currently the 1st unit I got was one that my friend had prior to me. Lisa unit 34 is no longer Jesse's we have addressed this with you and you said it was fixed put my name on the unit same name as unit 39 the one that has your locks on it right after my payment was made . Once again I'm locked outta my storage waiting for you to take off your locks. Question :why are you cutting my locks and locking me out in the 1st place it's a huge inconvenience and hindrance to my self employment. 2 stars because of the understanding and patience regarding the car that I had break down on me in the on the facility grounds
