I was referred to New Season Move Management by a Certified Care Manager who helps lead the Seniors Network on Bainbridge Island (a very trustworthy recommendation). The New Season moving team more than lived up to their reputation. For a move surrounding the Thanksgiving holiday, both the packers we needed and the movers went well above and beyond the call of duty. On moving day, the day before Thanksgiving, the workers actually logged 14 hours, from 10 am to midnight! Needless to say, this Thanksgiving was among the most memorable ever. Our thanks to New Season Move Management, their work ethic and their positive, professional attitude, can hardly be expressed by these words alone.

This is a fantastic team of workers. Pkeasant and hardworking, wonderful people to have around you during the stress of a move. That said, this move was an excruciating experience due to the company's poor time and work estimate up front. Based on the estimate of two days packing, one day loading, and one day unloading, we arranged for our housecleaner to come the day after we were out, on Sunday (obviously not a normal work day). Our house is on the market and we are desperately trying to sell. We had also arranged for numerous family and friends to help us unpack on Sunday at the new house. Then a carpet cleaner was scheduled to do the carpets at the other house on Monday. All of these people rearranged their lives and time to accommodate us, knowing that this was a hard move for us. We are in our 70's. My husband suffers from post-polio syndrome, and is also recuperating from a medical mishap during a routine endoscopy that almost killed him. I am struggling with a failing hip joint. It became clear mid-day of the first day of packing that they would never be able to get this done within that time-frame. So we started working right alongside them, in spite of all the advice we had been given to let the moving company do the work this time. So, our work started at 6:30am. The packers and movers arrived between 9 and 10:00. We all worked long hard hours. By the end of the loading day the movers could see that one truck load was not going to do the job. We started calling small movers to see if they would be able to help at the last minute. Impossible of course but we had to try. Therefore, on Saturday they unloaded the truck and we showed them where to place things, all of us moving as fast as we could. Then we all tore back and reloaded. We were loading our cars up too of course. It was 1:30am by the time the second load was emptied. Several things were left at the other house. The desk system was not assembled, the trundle bed not assembled, and other furniture was just put into the garage. Boxes labeled for different rooms were also just set in the garage. We were all desperate to just be finished. Thank goodness we had helpers coming the following day because we never could have moved or assembled all of that ourselves. We now have months of costly physical therapy ahead of us. We have also hired a small mover to finish getting our things left behind. You couldn't ask for a harder working team of people. But I can only give a 3-star rating for the company because of the horror this move turned into. The excuse given is that "You can't predict these things." However, we have moved many many times and have always received an accurate cost and time estimate. Apparently you can "predict" these things, and you should.

Linda and her team are lifesavers. I had to move my mom and stepdad on short notice. New Season moved all my mom's possessions she was taking to her new place and held a well organized and luncrative estate sale. The house is now ready to sell- All with me being 3 hours away.

I was overwhelmed with my ‘to do list’ after my father passed away, not knowing anyone in the area (aware of people who prey on people in my position). Linda K. came in and made the impossible come true. What a hard worker she is! She has a network of helpers who are as hardworking and honest as she is. She is always thinking of best solutions drawing on her vast experience. She doesn’t like to see waste and shared connections and ideas for things that are not saleable. My father had collected art from an artist who Linda researched to ask a fair price, which was a pleasant surprise. I had never expected that attention in this kind of sale. Linda has a following of buyers who trust her, so there will always be a great turnout at all her estate sales. On the day of our sale the power went out! There was no light! My hopes were dashed, but she somehow was able to provide light and offer headlamps and flash lights and the sale was a success surpassing her original sales estimate! Which brings us to another very important topic of honesty. Linda takes pride in her work and respects her customers which leads to a trust that removes added stress. I was able to turn my attention to other things needing to be done while she arranged a team to do a deep clean inside and out. Within a few weeks my father’s house was ready to be sold and did sell shortly after. I look back and I am amazed at the record time it took to achieve the result we wanted, and I can’t recommend Linda enough. She will do her best for you and more. She knows this business and how to get the most for you. Most of all, she does not take advantage, you can feel confident with your trust of Linda K in all aspects of your downsizing or liquidation. She knows her business and understands what you need. She takes care of it all. Thank you so much Linda!

I can’t rate Linda and her team highly enough. Unfortunately, I had to clear and sell my mother’s house in the middle of a pandemic while living abroad after a really tough series of events. Linda was very sensitive to the emotional aspect of the situation but operated with precision to get the job done. She communicated efficiently and always kept me informed of timelines and requirements well ahead of time. The sale went off without a hitch and her team cleaned the house ready to pass on to its new owners 24 hours later. Though the overall situation was difficult, the process couldn’t have gone smoother and I can’t thank her enough for relieving that stress during such a difficult time.

Can't say enough good things about Linda. I found myself needing to clear my mother's house after an especially difficult period that included a pandemic where I wasn't able to travel. She was incredibly sensitive to the emotional nature of the situation but managed the operation with pinpoint precision. She communicated clearly and effectively and managed the entire situation without any hiccups and even managed to get the house cleaned 24 hours before the new owners closed on the house. On top of just getting the job done, she made more money on it than I would have if I would/could have if I'd done it myself. 10 stars!

They dug in early and attacked the task of setting up the sale. Linda pivoted as needed to make sure as much of the items were sold as possible. She listened to suggestions and offered invaluable expertise.In the end Linda even connected us to a liquidator to finish off the project. If there were more stars, I would have used them! I can't say enough good things about New Season Move Management. Linda and her crew did everything they said they would do and more. They facilitated an estate sale in Port Townsend at my in-law's home. Since my husband and I live in the Seattle area, we depended on Linda to to things locally such as selling an RV, a pickup truck and a car. Each vehicle needed some issues taken care of before they sold, so Linda made sure those things happened. She and her crew were professional, efficient, and Linda kept us in the loop every step of the process. Kudos to New Season Move Management! Thanks Linda!

LInda and her team at New Season Move Management were a lifesaver for our family. We needed to move our elderly parents rather suddenly from Port Townsend to Anacortes (try finding a truck and a couple strong men on short notice!) and were thrilled when we found New Season. Linda worked to make the move happen within our timeline. The two men who did the moving were friendly, positive, efficient and helpful in every way. The price was very reasonable and fair.
