This P.O. has returned to sender 2 packages addressed to me, each about a year apart, somehow stating that no one lived here, even though I've been here for years, get mail regularly, work from home, and have vehicle in driveway. Tried calling office multiple times and no one ever answered phone. Finally went in shortly after last attempt, and clerk said she can't answer if it's busy even though no one else was waiting when I went in, so I suspect that they never answer. She said postmaster handles phone calls, but he leaves early, like 3 or 4PM (can't recall). Wouldn't it make sense to state that on its website if they cared? I eventually filed complaints via 800 # clerk, and got anonymous emails (I assume was postmaster?) that just apologized for mistakes, and left me feeling like it could happen again (which it did). 2nd package wasn't picked up by sender, and went to Atlanta Mail Recovery Center even though I filed missing mail claim stating what happened while it was in transit and asked for it to be resent to me. Nothing happened after months, and finally, USPS let the claim expire. Anyway, the bottom line is that some of the carriers are extremely negligent, and apparently, they have no accountability for such inexplicable errors, either at the local office, or with the USPS as a whole.

I never have a problem at the service desk in the Post Office. It is normal often a line will form in any Post Office. Always the Postal Workers have been friendly and knowledgeable as they work as efficiently as possible.

I needed to call about a very important package that I think may have been missed delivered to them I called the number and the phone rang 25 times . I hung up. Glad I don't do my business with these people!

Manager won't fix the A/C so we are sweltering in here!! Thinks it's funny and just hands my coworker a spray bottle when she told him it's way too hot in here!! Grrrrr!!

Nobody has answered the phone in 2 days. I will never mail with USPS again. My package has literally been going in a circle for almost a month.

I’ve never in my life met so many rude, unfriendly, unprofessional and not helpful employees in one place. What is going on there? Over the years it’s been one rude person after another. Either it’s poor training or they are being treated so badly they pass it on to the customers.

This is the worst post office ever!! The customer service is horrible . I had multiple occasions where my package was delivered and it wasn’t in my box and when I asked them the lady told me they will get to it at some point and I asked her to look real quick and she told me she doesn’t to special requests and it’s not her problem. There was nobody there waiting and I told her it was really important and she said then you shouldn’t have mailed it! I’m switching to chimacum!

My issue is with the mail delivery person I have now...I live on Randolph ST. in Pt. Hadlock, wa. He's the worst mail guy we ever had. He delivers mail in our box that isn't ours, crams boxes-packages etc in our box when he should just get out & give it to us personally, he's rude as hell and refuses to do the job the way it should be. This whole neighborhood seriously NOT happy with him. Hopefully this will be seen by the staff at this post office and something gets done, Thanks.

The mail carrier out of this office assaulted our 10 year old dog without any provocation or aggression by our dog. Extremely poor customer service!
