Previous patient visiting. Tried phoning multiple times after concerns I could have caught COVID while here. Never got an answer. Called Jefferson Healthcare Hospital and told they won’t test. Northstar did test but takes long time for results. Meanwhile, call to RI dr got immediate results with a plaxovid prescription that Don’s filled within hours. Inability to get needed healthcare help really confirmed our decision of 2 years ago to leave this area. Also finding no data showing rise in COVID here other than in waste water. No one keeping track of people anymore? No masking either.

I've been going to this office since it was still on paper. I was left in the care of the doctors at this clinic when my doctor relocated outside of this medical circle. I have had every manner of outrageous, toxic ZDQzsD

Unfortunately, there is no option to leave zero stars, so I was forced to leave one... We are new to the area and we just established care at this facility. I was upset to find out that we had a choice to get our blood drawn at other locations for a $40 copay. Instead, I am paying $290.I was told that this facility draws blood and I was there to get my medicine refilled and to establish a relationship with a new doctor. No one told me that my insurance might not cover having the blood drawn at this facility. How would I know that it would be 5 times more to have this facility draw the blood? 5 times more – unbelievable! Why would I think that I needed to ask about the cost of having my blood drawn there?I am so disappointed and so upset about this. This location is convenient to my residence but I’d rather spend an entire tank of gas to get to a facility that looks out for their patients. If they aren’t looking out for my well being regarding the cost of services – are they looking out for my health to the best of their ability? Or are they looking out for their bottom line and profit over patients? I don’t have confidence that they are concerned about me!I’ve spoken to my insurance company and to people at this facility and everyone is pointing the finger at the other one so no one is helping me. Very disappointing.

I’m extremely disappointed that you do not mandate covid vaccinations for your workers. Tells me you don’t prioritize patient care. If I can go somewhere else, I will. If I can wait to have the screening done, I will. I hope your practice of not putting patients first costs you patients and hurts your bottom line.

The folks in Diagnostic Imaging have been unfailingly kind, patient and gentle with my aging mother. They are a credit to Jefferson Healthcare, their community and their professions.

Does anyone even work at this clinic? I just waited 25 mins on hold to speak to someone and when I was finally 1st in line I was sent to voicemail. I already know from 3 previous messages left over the past year that they NEVER call you back! Why open a clinic in Port Ludlow if no one in Port Ludlow can go there? The only reason I even tried to contact them again is because I was referred by the Sheridan Clinic in Port Townsend. They don’t answer their calls either!

I have epilepsy and worked here for over 6 months and they have never been so rude and non discrete about my health issues. The woman gossip 24/7 in all offices. Genuinely I suggest you seek care elsewhere! I no longer work here because they told me that I'm unable to work with epilepsy. Steer clear!

This clinic is very excellent. The staff is great. The office is new and super clean. But the best thing about this clinic is (Dr.) Wes Schott. Good luck with your health. If you need help do not hesitate using Port Ludlow Jefferson Health .

I have just started going to the Port Ludlow Clinic. The staff was friendly, the wait time for a scheduled visit was a little over. When I read complaints from people about this, I often wonder if they realize why a wait time may be longer. You may be the person causing the long wait time for the next patient. Dr. Wulff took an interest in what I was saying, as well as trying to make sure the visit didn't go off topic. She seemed quite knowledgeable, as well as friendly. Paperwork we submitted via email was dealt with quickly (by the next day). They are getting more patients, so scheduling for an appointment for something that does not require immediate attention may be out 2 to 3 weeks.

Excellent hospital with so many caring employees. I have never had a bad experience with the hospital staff or with their care. And of course the cafeteria is wonderful!
