Definitely come here in December to see all the boats decorated in lights. The reflection off the water makes foe great pics.

Such a great marina, they have all kinds of activities available like paddle, kayaks, etc. Also available is a golf course. Gas and pump out station there and the staff is awesome. Pet friendly too.

Thought it would be a great place to buy snacks/beverages for a picnic. No prices on anything and the clerk was real snotty. Went to Fireside restaurant instead.

We kayaked to the marina from Mats Mats Bay. I contacted the marina before we arrived and they indicated that we could tie our kayaks up at the kayak dock. We landed, tied the kayaks up and walked up to the office/store. Bought a soda and sat under the shade of a gazebo for lunch. The office clerk was very friendly. Used the rest rooms after lunch and got back into the kayaks for the return trip.

Port Ludlow is a pretty nice marina, but it has its issues. The fuel dock and pump out is massive, lots of room to spin around and so forth, but getting to it you need to navigate a pinch point between dock A and the shore. This is fine at high tide, but could be an issue at other tides with larger boats. Restrooms are okay, seems public during the daytime, luckily there isn't a lot of foot traffic around there. Transient docks are quite nice, monthly and yearly tenants seem to get the stuff quite more rundown. Bonfire area available, as well as a small store with ice cream. Delicious Mexican restaurant about a half mile up the road. But the best thing about Port Ludlow isn't the marina, it is the well protected harbor and sticking power of the mud. Aptly referred to as Port Mudlow, if you get caught in nasty weather, pull yourself into this little harbor for some safety.

Great marina! Nights are quiet and without a lot of lights shining in your boat windows. (Walkways are well lighted with lights though.) Very restful. Fireside restaurant is great too.

Shout out to Eric at the Port Ludlow Marina who took care of us when we rented out both of their boats for the afternoon. Beautiful marina and surrounding areas. The rental process was very quick and easy. Thanks Eric and team!
