Sent my wife in with my refill cup and the rude lady at the counter refused to hear my wife and charged her full price for a brand new drink my REFILL WATER. Your cameras will prove that you stole money from my wife and humiliated her in front of other customers for no reason other than you made a swift assumption about her based on appearance alone. Shame on you. May that lady have exactly the day she deserves.

Derek the fella that works night is great! I work for a delivery company and the word on the street is a possible change in management/ownership. Alot of people would like to see Derek stay there as an employee! Seriously pay that great man.

Great customer service. Good variety for a convenience store.

Advertised as 24 hours. Lights on, door unlocked, walked in to buy something, and the guy in there yelled at us from across the store. We couldn't even see him. He was not friendly and didn't let us know. He said "hey, hey, hey" repeatedly at us then yelled that they were closed. Super rude and disrespectful. Also, one of the employees that has been there for years (older bald man, frequents bars in the area) is always either extremely rude or extremely creepy. Seen him hit on 14 year old girls before. Has always either been creepy or rude to me, either being short, cutting me off, and frowning the whole time, or being way too nosy and too friendly. There's no in-between with him. Also the most expensive 7-11 in the area with the most limited hot food selection.Overall, go to a different place or don't go at night. I work night shift so I'm always visiting in the evening and I always feel like it's hostile there.

Have been here now 2x with the same attendant refusing me service or hassling me about a mask. Both times a man came in behind me without a mask and not one word said to him. She must think she can take me. She's got another thing coming.

Terrible attitude from work attendants.Every time I chose this 7-11 I regret it I’m met with a dirty store and constant disrespect.

Went in for Slurpies the machine was clean and all flavors were working. This is one of my regular stores I visit. Its was clean and organized. Also there are no vagrants hanging around. The store employees are always welcoming and courteous as well.

One employee chooses to harass vaccinated patrons. She advised the owner demands masks for everyone. She was combative and starts raising her voice when served facts. Used to stop here regularly. Not anymore, enjoy your mask.

Seems 7-Eleven raises prices every month. X-Large slurpee is now $3.00. Gives me a good reason to reduce my sugar intake. Say no to price gouging and don't buy here.

I don't know who the bald guy is, but he's there everytime my boyfriend and I go there and honestly we dread seeing him because he's so rude for absolutely no reason. We've never been anything but polite and kind to him, but he always treats us the same way. he openly ignores us when we greet him and he just doesn't give off a very friendly vibe, we never feel welcome there and we always feel like we're being rushed. Anything we say makes us feel like we're walking on eggshells because we can tell that he doesn't want us there. I don't want to see him fired or anything, but he seriously needs to change his attitude towards customers. Anyway I love the convenience of 7/11, but honestly we're better off making the trip to the Mile Hill one.

I don't know how they advertise gas for $2.59 a gallon, then charge $3.39 at the pump! Messed up ?!
