I've seen an employee there acuse random customers of shoplifting who were clearly not shoplifting. Both at night. He wasn't a cashier or security.

This is for the deli. I guess that after I got guilt tripped & shamed by a relative I wasn't in the mood for a cranky person. And all I asked for was a measly 1/4 pound of a certain cole slaw when the customer ahead of me orders practically a ton of chicken , salad, and everything in between, Shoot my order was easy. The woman snapped at me when I pointed & said which Cole slaw I wanted ( wasn't listened to that's okay, and I was ignored). Then she called me sir? Well, I look nothing like a man, my voice is a woman I am a female, and I've come to the deli before. I won't be back. All in all not a great way to round off the day.

This Albertson’s employee, Shawna, goes out of her way to visit with Dakotah every time we come in! Dakotah is my special needs daughter who is nonverbal and globally developmentally delayed, but a bundle of love and joy. She is 9 years old. Shawna is so sweet with her and Dakotah adores her!

This is my go to store. I always find what I need and the prices are fair for the area. Shelly the front end manager is absolutely wonderful to see, she always has a smile on her face. I could only give 4 stars due to one checker NELL, she is never friendly or even speaks one word when I go in. It's too bad otherwise the shopping here is great.

Always clean atmosphere! Everyone that works here are always friendly and if you can't find something they will always assist ! The fried chicken is amazing ! If you have to feed your family a quick dinner definitely stop by . You can get sides as well and be on your way . Lines are never long since they have self checkout and plenty of cashiers open . I always enjoy coming here . Also they have our favorite milk here in glass bottles . So hard to find !

The mother of one of the managers walks around the store and harasses the customers. You are better off anywhere else.

My husband pre-ordered a bouquet for mother's day. When he went to pick it up, he was given a half dead selection of mismatched carnations and phlox with 2 completely dead mini roses and a few tragic looking mums. Very disappointing work. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I procrastinated and ordered my son's birthday cake yesterday - for today - and I received two beautiful cakes exactly how I wanted them at an actual reasonable price!

The store (#475) is quaint with friendly responsive staff. It has a small town country look and feel. The baker makes excellent custom cakes, the florist makes beautiful custom arrangements and the team throughout the store is friendly and helpful. Thank you Albertson's in Port Orchard, WA for making our grocery shopping experience excellent!

I have been trying for literally years to get hand baskets at all the doors. I’ve talked to managers, heard a lot of excuses. I never had to look for a basket at QFC, when they were there, never had to search for one at Fred Meyers. I’ve been told people steal them, so they are low and are ordering more, but the door at the other end has two stacks of them waist high. This store is run by lazy people and lazy employees. Shop elsewhere!
