Another "authorized retailer" with no clue. She actually told me NOT to buy their hotspot because "they're like $400 or whatever and you could just go over to Walmart and get one for $40"She talked down to me and wouldn't answer my most basic questions. Then, while asking her to stop and listen to me and picked up her phone while I was mid-sentence and appeared to ignore me. When asked if she was listening to me, in her high nasal Fran Dresher voice she said "yeah" with an attitude.We left. As we turned to go she said very loudly "have a wonderful day!" In a snide a choice as possible.Good job on hiring that one AT&T.

Online says the store opens at 10 am. So we show up at 10 am. The door says they don't open till 11 am. So we do some shopping and show up at 10:50 am. We wait till 11 am. The store employee does not arrive until exactly 11 am and then tells us to wait because she needs to get things ready in order to open up still. If a store says they open at 11 am, the employee should be there before 11 am in order to actually open up on time. This is ridiculous.

Shady practices at this authorized retailer, as I feared at first - I should have trusted my gut.I came in as a new customer wanting 4 lines. The store rep said they would put me on a "business" plan as it was the cheapest and would bring my bill to $160 per month after discounts and trade-ins, plus would get a $500 credit per line, even though I explained I didn't have a business. Two months later -- my bill is $250 because they signed me up for the top tier $55/month business plan with all these business and international calling features, etc., that I don't need as a consumer. Now, I've been battling AT&T customer service for hours, and they are confused as to why I am on a business plan.I first back went to the store but was told they "can't help me" and told me to call 611.

My son gave me a new iPhone for Christmas. I go to the store in PO to learn how to transfer the data to my new phone. The Customer service person Serena attended to me. No one at the store except me. She was super impatient, asked me questions then kept interrupting my answers. Not waiting. I asked her to slow down and be paitient, said she could do it all herself. The point was I wanted to do myself with her help. I could tell she did not want to help. I left and came home to do it myself. U-tube is great. Would never go there again. Super rude and lack of courtesy.

I came in to make a purchase and there was only one person on staff, which i get. They were with another customer, but didn't even acknowledge me after I was waiting for several minutes. It didn't even seem like he was interested in helping me, just wanted me to leave. Maybe at&t should offer more competitive pay so that they could have more staff, but I guess they don't care if their staff get commission.

The sales associate did not greet me when I walked in and did not ask what I needed. He asked the next person what they needed and then offered to help them even though he was already helping someone else. I wanted a screen saver which I thought was insured. Come to find out only the glass is insured. He offered to sell me a new one when it was finally my turn to speak with him, but wanted $45. Having waited for half an hour to speak with him, I decided to go to Walmart where I bought one for $5.88.

After being on the phone with customer service all day and being ready to pull my hair out, Victoria was so kind and able to help me so quickly that she absolutely saved my day! I wish I had gone to them sooner! I appreciate the excellent service in the store more than I can say!

Victoria was incredibly helpful with our phone issue on Jan 29!! She was so patient while we spoke with another ATT Rep by phone, she recommended the BEST solution for our immediate needs, she handled the data transfer quickly and was able to resolve our challenging issue with an older phone. We will see her again with any issues that may arise, thank you Victoria for your kindness and support!!!
