I am extremely disappointed in the professionalism of this salon and would give less than one star if I could. I followed my stylist of 8+ years to here. She was an independent stylist that was ‘fired’ with NO notice. For people whose job it is to service clients to earn a wage, this kind of unprofessionalism is disrespectful and insulting. To be clear, there was no precipitating event to cause this, such as damage to property, a fight, or any improper behavior. All of the minor “reasons” for this stylist to have been forced out could and should have been addressed through healthy and professional communication between adults. Forcing a stylist to cancel clients and pack up with no notice is the epitome of unethical behavior. I am honestly surprised that there are still people out there who have the audacity and entitlement to treat others in this way especially when it comes to people’s livelihoods.

So glad my money doesn't support this business anymore!
This salon employs independent stylists so this post is about the owners. They 'fired' my stylist with 12 hours notice on the last day of the month. How unprofessional.
To be clear there was not improper behavior/language, a fight, property damage, or other precipitating incident that would explain such an action. Apparently the communication was civil, but if you are running a professional business this is NOT how you act. Providing advanced notice is courteous and decent. This forced my stylist to cancel on their other clients with minimal notice. I am just agast at the behavior of some people.

Alyssa has done magic with my hair. Every time I go to her for any change, she answers my hundreds of questions oh-so-patiently, and gives me the honest cons and pros for that certain change. Afterwards I get tons of compliments - for months! - for the job she's done. In my eyes there's no one above her when it comes to color/highlights ?♀️?♀️

Chelsey is the best hair dresser ever!!! I love all the girls who work in this salon and they all do amazing work! Coming to get your hair done here isn't just as simple as coming in for a service and leaving.. you get to be pampered and hang out with friends, and always leave feeling amazing! I always chit chat with the girls in the salon and they all make me feel welcome. Always offer me coffee and/or treats! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!
