“I love everyone at this location.
They are always compassionate and never make me feel like I'm going to the doctor for silly reasons.
I ask a lot of questions I don't expect answers to, and I always hear something helpful explained in ways I can understand. Many interactions I've had are great, Geeta, Bonnie and every single person I've interacted with at the pharmacy and front desk.
When my appointment is over I leave feeling positive and truly cared for.
I've only ever had 1 appointment canceled, but they are quick to message, and email you to let you know and call to get you rescheduled.
You get a text notification to fill out the pre-registration and questionnaire before your appointment, so all you have to do is show up and checkin with the front desk.
Because of this the wait is almost never more than 10 minutes MAX
Picking up medication is usually fast if you make sure to call beforehand to get it filled, a days notice makes everyones day easier.
Plenty of seating, lots of parking, and disability accessible.
PCHS is incredible, this locations employees are amazing, the only thing I wished that's different is for it to be open on the weekend.”

“Dr. Frandsen, Carla Walter, and their team are the best in the county hands down. They go above and beyond for their patients. This team really listens to you and will find a way to make sure you are taken care of. We have never had any problems whatsoever in the last 4 years that we have been going to see them. And they will even fit you in if you need to be seen right away because you are very sick. They treat our family with respect and truly offer a high quality standard of care. This team also has a very diverse range of skill sets which makes them very knowledgeable in a lot of areas.Even with the progression of COVID-19, the telehealth appointments also reflect their high quality of care. Even when my daughter had a horrendous cough/cold, they were able to give me the right guidence on how to take care of her and make her feel more comfortable. They also offered support in case she got worse and what steps to take. Thankfully, I followed everything they said to me on the telehealth call and she got better quickly.I am very thankful for this team and give them a high recommendation!”

I really am sorry to have to write about this because I do feel very happy with my primary care physicians and the rest of the staff. But every time she answers I dread it. Sorry.”

“This is my second 5 star experience with this clinic. First experience 2 years ago was awesome.

Two years ago it was a broken hand, I was in and out with my cast in 45 minutes- no lie! Spotlessly clean then and still spotlessly clean now. Great staff, Elizabeth and Dr Russell addressed my issues with champion knowledge and even better bedside manner.

The entrance to this urgent care is not well marked. It is the greenery covered door to the right of the clinic main entrance as you approach the building.

I am not sure why people leave such poor reviews. You should consider yourself very lucky to have such a great place to go on Island. If you thought it was bad at this place, try going to the other places off Island.....the hassle involved getting there, then there's filth and hit/miss staff at these other places. I know as I went there before and was sorely disappointed.
