Amazing service. Home Depot left me hanging and Ferguson bailed me out. Tim handled everything on the phone and was able to find what I needed and get it in short order. Dave and Jeremy (I think) helped me at the store and were prompt and friendly. Very efficient operation and friendly to boot. I will be back.

I am not a plumber, I do small jobs at home and I ran into a problem and I knew I couldn't get the help I needed at a big box store. I went to Ferguson Plumbing and they took all the time needed to find me a solution. Never did they rush me or make me feel like I was wasting their time. This will be my go to store for any plumbing needs in the future.

There’s a guy in there that’s just arrogant he was bragging about being fired and then rehired the other day. He’s not helpful either when you ask about something he can’t even get off his stool to help you like the other gentleman

We walked in here to check on an order my husband had made. Since he came straight from work he was in his military uniform. The sales associate, an elderly woman who I assume was named "Gay" by the sign above her desk, could not have been more unpleasant. She was grouchy and monotone, did not offer to help in any way and when I asked a question she answered it with such a rude tone that it took all I had not to say something back to her besides "thanks for the wonderful service". I honestly cannot believe anyone would buy from this woman, she made us seem like such an inconvenience to her and completely disrespectful considering my husband was even in his uniform and way too nice to her. Shame on you Ferguson for giving such terrible customer service- come on lady I know times are hard but that's your job!!! I will never buy from this showroom. Please find helpful and pleasant associates that really makes all the difference.

Showed up at this business expecting to pick up an order for remodel in progress and it had not been delivered as they said it was. The guys at this store track down the package got it delivered not only from the Seattle store to the Port orchard location then brought it from the Port orchard location to my job over an hour away. Not only did they fix the problem and make it right they went above and beyond by getting my order to the job so I can make up for lost time. Managed to get everything installed before the owners moved in from out of state. Thanks guys the owners and our company appreciate the effort put forth.
