Scheduled for delivery in may was told would take 2 weeks for propane delivery and had to pay upfront to get scheduled. When delivery man showed up it took less than I paid for. He told me they would refund back to my credit card. Waited 2 weeks and no credit. Called the office to find out where my refund was and the woman sternly said "well did you already call in and request it?". Not sure why the customer is expected to do that but I replied no I wasn't told I had to I was told I would be credited back. So she put the request in and told me to wait a few weeks (?!!!) I waited and still nothing so I called back again and was told there is no request in, they can't see any notes so they will do it again and I will wait a few more weeks. It's not a small amount of money to me and my credit card bill is due. This is no way to treat customers. Not cool

Terrible customer service I've been on hold for an hour this is AFTER REQUESTING A CALL BACK- which they did but could not tell me tank costs Seriously, perhaps they don't need the business!

It is 2:58, I have been on hold since 9am. Got hung up on 3 times but have been on hold all day trying to order a delivery. Horrible service. Propane prices are way more than the other companies in the area. This is ridiculous.

Horrible experience. They took forever to get me scheduled, refused to make the delivery at the scheduled time, and tried to sell me an absolutely roached out tank. I have no clue how they are still in bussiness treating customers like this!

Simply HORRIBLE. After requesting a refill, the serviceman determined there was a leak in THEIR equipment that we are renting. We received no callback for over a day with a status and called their office for an update. They told us it would be 10 DAYS before we would have someone out to repair THEIR equipment. This left us with no stove, oven, heated water during the WINTER for 10 DAYS. I was connected to their scheduling agent to see if we could do anything, but the agent did not answer. We left a message and have had NO CALL BACK for 2 days. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE. NO ONE should be forced to deal with this ESPECIALLY DURING THE WINTER. They have demonstrated NO interest in supporting their customer. They have shown NO interest in the concerns we've expressed repeatedly.

Seriously the worst customer service you could ever get! I can't tell you how many times they messed up when we would have them come out to fill our propane tank. No matter what you ask for (and they agree to) they will only fill up the tank completely and expect you to pay the full amount (even if you only asked for half a tank). We then told them to come back and remove the extra amount they put in, which they again, agreed to but didn't do. They just kept sending us more bills to pay the remaining amount. We had also tried paying them for the amount we wanted in the tank in advance and they again just ignored that number and filled up the tank. It's like the people on the phone and the people driving the trucks have no communication whatsoever! So do expect anything to get resolved by calling the customer service line, they have absolutely no idea what they are talking about, and never once resolved any of our issues with them.
