I switched here before they took on rite aid's clients. Ever since there has been delay after delay. They can't keep up. I go days without medication to give extra time for them to fill my scripts and when I show up they are still not done. I wouldn't mind but the pharmacists have been rude and treating patients like we are just an inconvenience to their day. Their mishandling of prescriptions due to the volume caused them to supply me only half of a prescription once to which I had to bring my bottle in and explain to them that I take 2 a Day which is clearly written on the bottle. Even after that I continued to be patient and kind but the attitudes of the pharmacists have been enough for me to speak up. It is not the patients fault for the companies inability to hire the appropriate amount of staff to keep up with the increasing volume of patients. I never get texts for my scripts because they are never ready no matter how much grace I give them. I am tired of going without medication and being forced to stand in line for 30 minutes each time I try to pick up my meds. I have a condition that causes me to faint from Tachycardia if standing for too long. After visiting the pharmacy I am usually wiped out for the rest of the day and on top of everything else I am treated like an inconvenience when I have been nothing but kind and patient in the past. I hope something changes here or I will have to find another pharmacy that I can actually rely on.

Rite aid closed, our insurance transferred us to Fred Meyer Pharmacy in Port Orchard. It has been nothing but problems, they are rude, my prescriptions take days and days to fill, they gave me someone else’s medication, they gave my medication to someone else and then blamed me and said I picked my medications however I never did. I called to get help and the lady on the phone told me if I didn’t like how I was treated I should just go somewhere else! If you can go somewhere else I would go somewhere else!

Ma is great, the rest of the pharmacy staff is largely apathetic and unmotivated. Expect to wait in line for 20-40 minutes. Poorly managed.

Absolutely horrible, when rite aid closed I was moved to Fred Meyers Pharmacy and they are absolutely ridiculous, I needed a prescription for antibiotics and it was called in on Monday at 9AM by my Dr. I didn’t make it there until Tuesday evening due to work and when I went to pick it up they had not even filled it yet and told me I can pick it up tomorrow!!! 3 days to fill a simple prescription is insane, especially for something like antibiotics which obviously I need. To top it off the lady was as rude as could be like I was inconvenience for her to help me!!! Go anywhere else but here, I know I will be now!!

The worker running the counter was very short with me. I was picking up medication for my mother. The lady was rude, short, and extremely unhelpful. Even after all the waiting i did to finally get things set straight they didn't even have the medication ready. A terrible experience for nothing. I don't recommend this pharmacy

My Dr called in my rx and within a couple of hours it was ready for pick up. Exceptionally fast and friendly service with no wait time once I arrived.

This has to be the Worst pharmacy ever. The head pharmacist is incredibly rude and they have the worst hours. The pharmacist doesn’t want to answer questions or assist you with any medication questions. It’s bad enough that you have to wait in a long line and then when you get to the front of the line, the cashier’s are incredibly rude and disrespectful.

Would love to give 5 stars, because I have always liked getting my prescriptions at Fred Meyer Pharmacy. Had to move to Rite Aid, because they stopped accepting Tricare. After Rite Aid closed my prescriptions were moved back to Fred Meyer Pharmacy. Since returning it is taking way too long for prescriptions to get filled. Had an emergency need for medication which was sent over and took 3 days to fill. So don't need emergency medications filled here.

They need to hire more staff. The lines are ridiculous. Regularly takes a day or more to get prescriptions filled.

After Rite closed I was stressed in finding a new pharmacy. Well Fred Meyer staff were rude and horrible to deal with. I refuse to deal with them or Walgreens. I did find some light…when finding a WONDERFUL pharmacy like South Kitsap Pharmacy in Port Orchard. They answer the phone every time and I get to speak to the Pharmacist with any questions. All staff is great to deal with!!!!! They even called to get all my prescriptions transferred!! Stress free and I am so thankful for that. They don’t have a drive thru but it doesn’t matter because they make up for it!!!

Hands down the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. My dad is a pharmacist for Kroger so I understand the pressure they are under, yet they continue to exceed my expectations each time I visit. The pharmacist is great, and the pharmacy techs are extremely quick and reliable. They always have my prescriptions filled before the expected time frame. Every staff member is professional and friendly despite having to work long hours. They are open 7 days a week which is much appreciated. Working full time myself, sometimes I can only pick up on the weekends. Having had some not so great experiences with other pharmacies in Kitsap County, I really appreciate how the staff treats everyone that comes in. Ma is one of the techs and she goes above and beyond. Each time we come in she lets my daughter pick out sticker, something she now looks forward to. I wouldn’t ever think of going anywhere else. Thank you Port Orchard Fred Meyer Pharmacy staff. You are doing an amazing job and are much appreciated.
