“I am not a gun person, and I’m a female. I recently got my concealed carry permit, and wanted a handgun for home defense. First, I went to a local chain store, was sorely disappointed with their selection in stock, and was discouraged with the lack of help in figuring out what I needed. Today I went to Boerner, was immediately relieved to see multiple women working behind the counter. I explained my situation and what I was looking for, got the help I needed, support and explanations on how to modify operation for a smaller woman, info on women’s firearm classes, and was filling out paperwork for exactly what I was looking for, at a price I was happy with, within 15 minutes. My experience with this store could not have been any better. Thank you!”
