These people are not to be trusted! They lie! Joey told me I needed to come in and sign a paper so I wouldn't lose my credit card. It was actually for a line of credit (that I told them I didn't want). Joey was going to make money for this loan. They (Joey and the manager) tried to have me sign the paper without letting me read the paperwork. They are liars! They are not to be trusted! I wish I could give them zero stars..

I mean, there's not much you can say about this place, it's a bank, you handle money here, and that's it.I mostly just use the ATM, but whenever I've actually gone in, it's always been in-and-out, no long lines, no hassle.

This is my "branch of origin" from when I lived in Port Orchard. The first couple of years, Key was fine. However once i moved away it became more difficult to get things done. Now, I live in Arizona and had an issue, so called the 800 number. I was told they cant help me, I have to call my branch of origin. Passed up the chain and no resolution as I am told the issue has to be handled at the higher levels so I'm told to call the 800 number. Played as the ping pong ball for a couple of exchanges only to find out that branches use one computer system, customer support uses a totally different one that doesn't communicate with the branches. Now I'm told if I go to any branch they can help me. Well, the nearest branch is 850 miles away, so how is that supposed to work? Online banking is a joke with them. Avoid them and get a Credit Union. At least then you are more than just a number.

I had an account with this branch up until about 4 years ago and also had an account with Kitsap Bank. Both were business and personal accounts. At that time I felt that having 2 bank accounts was sort of confusing. So, I closed this branch out. I have come to realize that I closed the wrong bank account. Why? Because this branch was always fair with me and when I had some troubling legal issues (child support in CA) that state had all of my accounts FROZEN. I took care of the problem and soon after, my child support case was paid off and done. Here is the kicker: Kitsap bank would not re-open my account even though CA had sent them a fax of facts showing the they had lifted the freeze. Kitsap said "We need original INK not a fax which took 17 days as my money remained frozen and bills continued to grow. KEY BANK at this branch immediately accepted the fax and UN-Froze my account. So, yes I should have stayed with them. I'm going to close this Kitsap account and visit and re-open both business and personal accounts with this KeyBank on Monday. Thank you guys who read this far. This branch will work with you.
