I think I’ve had enough. I’ve been getting acrylic nails and fills at a different salon for a long time without issues, but I recently moved to this area and decided to try this place. Ever since I started coming here, my acrylics keep breaking. Not snapping painfully, just literally falling off, sometimes without me even noticing.
At first, I wondered if it was my fault, but just two days after my most recent fill, one nail fell off simply from unplugging a cord. Really? That should not happen with quality acrylic work.
I was already frustrated for several reasons. First, the charms aren’t applied evenly and slide out of place. Second, my nails aren’t trimmed evenly; some are noticeably different lengths. Thirdly, one visit, I specifically asked for straight nails, but they put on curved ones instead. I even reminded the tech while she was gluing them on, but she used the curved ones anyways. I left disappointed, and when I had the courage to come back another day to have them fixed, I just paid again.
Now, I strongly suspect the breaking issue is because they start filing while the acrylic is still wet. I’ve noticed multiple times they’ll stop mid-filing to put my hand back under the UV light.
Between the poor application, uneven work, and nails that don’t last, I am extremely disappointed. My favorite part about acrylics is that they last. I spend over $100 every visit because I love getting charms and designs every time. But this isnt worth $100.

Love this place ! Go here every 6 weeks for a pedicure. The deluxe pedi is wonderful . Many staff are not fluent in English however they do great work.

I get mani pedis with my mom here every month. they are the best!! always thoughtful and caring, and our nails always come out beautiful. I cannot recommend them enough.

Mainly posting because of needed price reconciliation. Entered the salon knowing I was going to be paying $45 for a deluxe pedicure, left the salon, wondering how the $45 deluxe pedicure ended up being $75.
$45 - pedicure
$ 5 - previous gel removal
$15 - add gel
$10 - add chrome
If you are going to charge an additional fee for an intricate design, I absolutely understand that, but to charge $15 for gel and then another $10 on top of that to rub a powder on my finished nails, it begins to feel like a scam.
This was not a $75 experience. Do I like my polish? Sure. I could also spend the $15 on amazon to purchase the gel and chrome powder and have it for 20+ pedicures.

Went in with my daughter and she wanted a full nail set and I ended up getting a mani pedi. The effort by my technician was lack luster at best. Effort was minimal at best, towels were waaaay too hot, and no massaging efforts. And the clear nail polish they used began to peel after 72hrs.
My daughter wanted a specific style at a specific length. Her tech did the style but told her it would be too much effort to make them shorter. The nail polish work was poor at best. I didn’t find this out until after we got home because she didn’t feel comfortable saying anything while we were there.
This will be absolutely the last time we use this establishment.
