“I have used Super Cleaners several times now to clean my queen down comforter. They are always fast to check you in and pick up is usually a couple days out. Always convenient for me. They've done great work, getting puppy pee out of my comforter as well as cat stains. ( We have since invested in a duvet cover) but will always come back here to get our dry cleaning done.Service: General bedding cleaning”

“I have used Kitsap Wash & Fold's services a few times throughout the years. Unfortunately, I had to stop using their services as the cost became a bit too high for me. However, the convenience they offer is perfect! As we have a household of six people, our laundry load is quite substantial. Initially, my experience with their services was wonderful. They provided amazing customer service, were always on time with pick up and drop off, and communication was spot on. I have even raved about them on my Facebook page! Recommend family and friends to use their services (which they did)! However, during my second attempt using their services again, I noticed some issues. Occasionally, my clothes came back slightly damp and not fully dried before being folded. Regrettably, there were times when I did not unpack the clothes immediately from the bags, causing them to develop a musty smell, and I had to rewash them. This aspect undermines the service that I am paying for. Despite these setbacks, I still appreciate the convenience of their service. I find it very convenient to have them pick up and drop off the laundry. Most likely, I will be returning to their services, as laundry is a challenging chore for my large family.”

I ordered a prom dress from Amazon, but it was way too big and made me look super boxy. There was no time to return it or get a new one, so I was kinda freaking out. I found this place last minute and decided to give it a shot, and I’m so glad I did!!

“I did not get a chance to use their service, but the customer service was excellent. I don't know much about dry cleaning I was following the label on my shirt but dry cleaning would have ruined those particular shirts, and the lady at the front patiently explained it to me. She was very kind and even gave me advice on how to clean the shirt so I could preserve the writing. It worked, and I am thankful she saved my shirts. If I ever have something that can be dry cleaned and needs to be done, I'm bringing it here.”
