“Given the fact that this is a small franchise store still governed by the same laws and less wiggle room than the much larger corporate body, I grant all 5 stars I am allowed. Not only are they protecting the serviced goods, they are also protecting the convenience of having these services as well. And turns out if I let them pack it themselves, it's cheaper than buying a whole bunch of tape and bubble wrap I'll never use. A great money saver if you ask me. If I ever have an issue with how policies and processes are run, I know to take it to the actual company (UPS INC.) who is the one that is responsible for making them, not to take it out an employee who has no right to give extra discounts.
