I am pleased with the work midas did to my truck, what I am not pleased with is they marked up parts cost 300- 400%. I will never take a vehicle back to midas for repairs. Brian from Midas text me asking if I was satisfied. I informed him of this overcharged parts. He didn't bother to get back to me. Marking up parts like that is ripping off customers. Midas will never get my business again nor will I recommend Midas ever again. This is the Midas in Port Orchard Washington.

Pricy but the work is good. Could let the customer know average time to complete and then get back if going to take longer.

I can't say enough about the awesome team at the Port Orchard Midas! Angela went above and beyond to make sure an experience that could have been stressful, wasn't. The technician was a saint after the headache my car gave him. Brian managed the whole fiasco like the true professional he is.
I've worked customer service most of my life and watching Angela in action was the true meaning of that job description.
I brought my car in on Wednesday morning and due to a part not being available, had to leave it overnight, unexpectedly at the shop. Without hesitation, angela offered take me home so I didn't have to find a ride last minute. The team was really trying to get my vehicle finished before closing. My car did not cooperate through the entire process. The technician truly is a saint.
In the end they worked diligently to get my vehicle running in back to me before the weekend. I really appreciate how

Made an appointment for a 12:00 oil change. At 1:00, when our truck hadn’t moved, we took the truck back. I asked when we dropped it off, how long it would be (understanding that sometimes things get behind). They said an hour and it would be done. We have been loyal customers at this place for years. Extremely disappointed.

I Called Saturday morning to see what availability looked like to get my truck in and diognosed. I assumed I would need to make an appointment and wait, but Brian told me to bring it in right then and they would look into the issue to insure I would be driving safely on the road. Even though the shop was extremely busy, Brian still took the time to drive my vehicle to try and reproduce the issue. Quickly after evaluating my concern, Brian had his guys move the truck and put it on the lift. Turns out it was not an issue that I assumed it was, and I was not charged for services I did not need. Brian and his team went above and beyond and I would definitely return for any future vehicle concerns or repairs.

Both Hailey and Brian are amazing. They went above and beyond. Store closed at 530 but they stayed late to make sure I was safe and ready to go before leaving for Texas. One of the part stores did not have the parts like they said they did so Brian went out of his way to get the parts from Tacoma. Also wanted to say a huge thanks to the service tech. You guys are amazing and deserve the recognition. This experience made me feel like a valued customer. 10/10 would recommend. Hope I can find a shop in Texas as good as this one.

I took the car in and asked for a front end alignment. They were honest enough to tell me that an alignment was not required. They didn’t even charge me for the inspection services

Great customer service and comprehensive inspection. Once the car checked out, they covered the cost of the inspection and did a quality alignment. Tommy did a great job! Will definitely be back for future services! Thanks Shawn and team!

I came because they had a buy one get one free coupon. It was a bit frustrating because to debate with the guy back and forth what a buy one get one free coupon meant. He wanted to offer me $50 off my next oil change which certainly didn’t seem like “one free” to me. Thankfully he relented and the second one will be free . . . Hopefully

Brought my Hyundai Santa Fe in for a bad cylinder, it was taken care of smoothly. Soon after, the check engine light came back on. We got the Hyundai promptly back in, and they made it right without charging us for the return trip. We are very happy customers, and we're in good hands at this Midas.
