Our experience was not great. I would give zero stars if it let me. I called ahead of time to check prices for the basic manicure. I was given one price over the phone and then charged a completely different price in person. $15 more per service, when I brought it to their attention, they were extremely passive about it. It was absurd! The "nail art" that was done on my daughter and her friend was not what they asked for at all. The technician switched half way through my daughters nail painting and they didn't even use the colors she asked for. My daughter was cut twice during her manicure. In the end, after two basic manicures, gel nail polish and some very poorly done "nail designs " we were charged $110. Most definitely will not be returning there and wouldn't recommend for anyone to go there!

This shop and staff were terrific! We went looking for different shop and Ocean nailed it! My nails look amazing. They were gentle on my hands which is a must due to arthritis. I am very happy!

Love this place! I drive from Bremerton to go here! Never had a problem with my acrylic or pedicures! They last 3-4 weeks easily! Always get so many compliments on the designs I get!

Honestly very confused how this place has such great reviews. Came here for a gel manicure and pedicure. First thing that was concerning was the CLEANLINESS. They were using old nail files, cuticle pushers etc. was honestly debating walking away after the pedicure but didn't have the nerve. The gel manicure was about the same, dirty equipment and so poorly done. I was cut multiple times (which was further concerning with the reused equipment). This picture is my nails a few days after. The gel instantly peeled, did not go back to the cuticle and was so poorly done. For $85 for the mani and pedi, I'm back on the hunt for a new salon.

It was my 2nd time getting a pedicure and I was very impressed with the care there. The staff were very friendly and respectful. My only complaint while I was there were the guys smoking in the back. Other than that I still highly recommend this place over anywhere else in Port Orchard.

I've been doing my Pedicure here for years! Have been happy every single time! It's always very clean and comfortable. Always very accommodating with my kids when I bring them along.

I’m extremely happy with the services at Ocean. I’ve had work done by a few of the ladies there but have mostly been getting my nails done by Tammy. She always takes the time to ensure my manicure has clean edges (no ugly boundary lines around the nail bed or at the cuticles) and I’ve never had any issues with lifting or peeling. She even did a repair on cracked nail, at no cost, when I dropped a cinder block on my finger. Everyone is pleasant and the work is always well done. Thank you, Ocean, for being my go-to place for a little pampering a few times a month.

Ocean Nails and Spa technicians are very friendly. I have come to this salon several times and it’s very popular. I have noticed that it is very dusty and with the busy-ness comes lots of movement. If you are wanting a quiet and calm experience, it may hard to have here. I enjoy the option of walk-ins as well.

They were so busy but I got in within 10 mins of my appointment, lady who did my nails was super sweet she helped me pick my color sparkly blue and after I was done I got a cute little Christmas present from them! I've never been to a nail salon that gives you a gift! Will definitely be back soon!

I think they did a great job! They didn't quite have the color I was hoping for but still love what I got. The sweetest people, they had wrapped Christmas presents for all their clients under a tree I'm super picky about shaping and they did mostly a good job, just a couple things I didn't feel like were perfect. But overall super happy :)
