Front desk staff was nice and helpful, provider was behind and was rushed through the appointment which isn't typical for that provider. He made sure to apologize and to address my concerns and explain things when I messaged after the appointment.

I had an easy time scheduling, zero wait time, Dr.Lowe was amazing! She listened to my concerns, health goals and reasoning for wanting to try a new medication. She educated me on all the possible side effects and had extensive blood work done before deciding I would be a great candidate for the med. Nothing but positive things to say about her!

I was one of the first customers Peninsula Community Health ever had. They were in the second floor of an old building on Pacific Avenue with creaky stairs. I had some problems with Peninsula Community Health doctor on 6th St. but Danielle Daehnke in Port Orchard is great. I love her thoughtful patient care and will likely go back there again. Thanks Danielle

I can't even tell you how many years that I've been going to PCHS... However I have seen many PAs, Drs, and other staff members. I've rarely had any sort of a problem with the staff once I've made the issue clear. They've watch me go from a working woman and mother to a much, much older person both in spirit and worn out body. Never would I say they weren't attentive to my needs. Danielle Dannie has been the one who has taken my needs and really has make a huge difference in my life. Please consider this clinic again if you thinking the other reviews were totally right. Everyone today has a hatchet to grind.

I recently moved to the area and made an appointment with a new primary care provider at Peninsula Community Health. The appointment lasted all of 5 minutes. I then needed to have my prescription refilled at a nearby Walgreens a couple of months later. The Walgreen's pharmacist faxed my provider twice over a period of 5 days and never heard back. I emailed my provider through the portal and never heard back. When I finally got through to someone on the phone she put me on hold for 15 minutes to "figure out what was going on". She finally told me that I needed to have lab work done before refilling the prescription. I was not told any of this prior to running out of my meds. Their entire system is disorganized with very poor communication... from the person at the front desk all the way up to my provider. I am now going to switch back to the UW system even though it is a ferry ride away.

Awful service. Tried to see Doctor Adrianna for months, only to get canceled on the day before my appointment, had to book out ANOTHER 2 months. Finally get to my appointment after driving an hour to the office, waited in line for 5 minutes to check in and was told “It’s only a 15 minute appointment and you’re late so you’re going to have to reschedule”. She refused to fill my anti depressants because i didn’t see her when she was the one who canceled the appointment, sending me into a depressive episode. I will not be returning and I will be finding a new doctor.
