Awesome service and price! Tried to buy a part from Honda’s web page which takes you to only Honda approved web sales. Honda priced part at $30.22, Issaquah dealer,( the only one listed in WA) marked it up to $40 plus tax, then they wanted a minimum of $25 to ship it. NUTS!! Ran down to Peninsula Feed & Power Equipment and they had it in stock and had it at the same base $30.22 price. They even served it up with excellent customer service and a sense of humor to make your day a little brighter. THANK YOU !!
Old style family business and service. Make the drive skip the web. You’ll be glad you did.

I had a wonderful experience. I needed a string trimmer that can also handle light brush cutting. They had everything I needed in stock. I got a Stihl and it works amazing. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I'm finally done with this place. Was a customer for 20 plus years, purchased a lot of equipment, and liked the guys who work here. The woman who owns the place with her husband is rude and condescending. Last year she charged me $50 to tell me nothing was wrong with a saw that was under warranty (I "fixed" this by trading up for a $700 pro model with an adjustable oiler"). Today, she went on a tirade because I parked my motorcycle beside a storage shed so it wouldn't get hit during a busy Farmers Market. There's multiple Stihl shops in town. Even if there weren't, I'd drive a long way or purchase an Echo (Small Engine Climic/Silverdale) to avoid dealing with her ever again.

I was told by the old man at the front desk that they file chainsaw chains for free.
Never got a call back after 4 days .
I went in and he said 20 bucks.
That was not why I came in .
He don't even remember what he said.
What do I do.
I will pick my 2 chains up after payday.
Just not very happy.
Poor service.

I went looking for a new Stihl weedeater Peninsula Feed. There was NO ONE in the shop except the older woman (boss, probably) and a worker bee. I looked at the large display trying to figure out which one would be best. I stood there for about 10 minutes. The fellow even brought out another trimmer and hung it on the rack and looked straight at me...and walked away without a word. I did the same...I walked out empty-handed. I'll go to Scott McLendon's tomorrow. They will sell me the best trimmer for my needs.

While out shopping for a new Riding mower for my Port Orchard resident son I parked Peninsula Feed. Planning to give a family owned business my business, I was dissuaded by the collection of Cub Cadet only mowers.
