They are not accommodating when it comes to delivery which is a huge disappointment. They reschedule when they are available and not on the customers availability.

Wonderful Manager and staff. They are friendly and pay attention to what it is your looking for. The RAC staff at this location really will go above and beyond for their customers with their understanding that times are tough and they work with you. Their knowledge and care is excelent! The place is clean and welcoming. The delivery guys are careful when bringing in furniture and setting up. They are efficent in fixing any repairs or replacement. Thank You RAC

These reps are good peps and try to do their best for you. Book you up in whatever you're looking for. Pleasant to chat with in person or on the phone. I've used RAC for years. Ever since the PtOrchard store opened. Been thru all the new managers and theze guys are still open and serving the community. Keep up the good work!
