Took my Amazon return to Staples. Amazon and 2 banners in the store promised a $10 coupon.Return took forever. Clerk tried 3 time before she got it right and I was handed a 15^ off coupon.When I asked, I was told the promotion was over and that they "would try" to take the banners downVery bad customer service and first experience.

I have elderly parents that were doing medical paperwork, had to fax...not lots of understanding of how faxing works. Always when I have taken him in they were helpful throughout the process helping and explaining. It had been a while, he was having trouble with the whole process this time and i thought oh it will be okay as they are helpful but, when they went in they got a lady that was rude, parked them at a huge machine that was totally intimidating and was very rude when they had to ask questions. They were very upset when they returned home..on top of that it was 46 dollars for their "med assistance" paperwork. We will find another helpful place to fax. Maybe Office Depot...it is not okay to get that kind of treatment, especially with one in a walker and the other a cane. So disgusted......also she was a manager or something not the girl behind the counter..

Thank you so much Tevin for coming in during your day off so everyone that had an appointment could get their appointment they had for TSA.He was very accommodating and kind to those who walked up and those who had appointments.Really appreciate the effort and commitment to help customers out when he did not have to cover for anyone, as I drove from far away ??????

Did TSA pre check here and it was quick and easy. (No more than 10 min)Asked where car cell phone holders and was told were they were but service was nothing special.Received coupon after paying.

I went in to the store today to grab a few things and have my passport photos done. The staff was attentive to my needs and were extremely helpful. I encountered a few associates while I was there and they all went above and beyond to assist me in a few different departments. Everyone seemed to enjoy their job. It really made my day to encounter such wonderful, consistent and friendly customer service. I rarely go into this store but I will be shopping here more often!

When my daughters homeschool laptop died I took it to staples. I bought it here and have always got great customer service over the years with it. They have kept us up and running. This time the hard drive crashed. The manager Robert was amazing. We were going to send it out for repair but I was worried about my kid falling behind. He fixed it in store instead in 2 days over the weekend. I'm writing this review because during our conversation Robert shared that he was dealing personally with some serious health issues. I realized that although a broken school laptop is important to my life we have no idea what kinds of things the people in our community who are there to help us are going through themselves. I want to publicly thank Robert for his attention to my need and his professionalism and sharing his computer expertise and let him know I'm praying for him that God restores his health as we need his passion in Port Orchard. I would highly recommend Staples for your all your computing needs. Christina Atwood

I can see why they are going out of business and closing stores.Business card design process is way more of a pain than it needs to be.Costs are way to much for what your getting, especially when you can order online.Staff doesn't seem to happy to help their customers the few times I have been in there. Or they don't know how to help.

I've never had any problems with this store. The copy and print department is exceptional. I've had photo enlargements done here, and they do a MUCH better job than Walgreens or any of the online stores like Vistaprint. Highly recommend!

I had business cards made last year and it took a month to get them back. I tried again a week ago and a week later they didn't even start them yet. I reccomend going to Graphic reflection.

Overall their employees are so nice! I've been in there several times and each time they go above and beyond! I had an issue where my business cards were cut wrong. They quickly fixed the issue, WHILE I WAITED, which was awesome. Not only did they refund me, but they gave me a coupon on my next order to try them again. From supplies, to printing, to tech work on my computer; I'll always go here!

I went to do tsa precheck and the woman works there is a little unprofessional. She doesn't seem to understand the difference between an alias and maiden name and when I started to get frustrated trying to make sure she got everything correct she snapped at me and told me not to get mad at her because it wasn't her fault and had nothing to do with her. I had to explain I may have sounded annoyed, but I was getting very frazzled by the experience, was doing my best to keep it together, and didn't need her purposely pushing my buttons.

Woman who was helping with with Twix card was extremely rude and unprofessional. Making fun of my name, saying it was stupid and ppl would be mean to me cause it sounds Mexican. I wish I had filed a formal complaint. ? She is racist.
