I don't go to Starbucks very often, so I was excited to have breakfast with my daughter. Unfortunately I was treated rudely by the person taking my order. Granted it was busy, but I am diabetic and was asking about sugar- free options. The food was good, but the service left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm glad there are other options in Port Orchard because I won't be returning to this location.

Really good! Everything was great and the workers were very nice. However, it was a little pricey.

On 1/31/2023 I was hit by a car leaving the drive thru at this particular Starbucks. I was taking my scooter from one sidewalk to the another when a car pulled out of the drive thru here and struck me sending me flying thru the air and landing on my head In the middle of Lund avenue. I suffered a broken neck and some other minor injuries. It's been a little over a year since that happened and I'm still suffering the consequences. The staff was helpful that day. They called the paramedics for me and I waited inside for them to arrive. Oh the coffee is Okay too. ?

Ordered two drip coffees (whatever was ready) and a juice drink through the drive-thru at a mid-morning time (btwn 9 and 11 am). There was no line. Service was quick. There were no issues with beverages.

food and drinks were amazing and doesn't take that long to get your food and drinks and a perfect drive thru.

They kicked out a guy who looked like he didn't have a home while I was here. He was bothering nobody and also bought a drink while he was here. Used to really love Starbucks but I doubt I'll patronize Starbucks until they rethink how they treat paying customers. I do not care how a person looks he wasn't hurting or bothering anyone. Shame on you Starbucks. Shame.

Just a regular Starbucks. Service is polite, seems well stocked (they've never been out of anything when I've come by, and I've run into a lot of places out of gingerbread or oat milk etc.)Drinks are well made and mixed.

I’ll start by saying that I’m a partner (a Starbucks employee) and I’m very sad to say that this store doesn’t provide the Starbucks experience that customers expect and deserve.Every time I’ve been to this location, I’ve had issues with order accuracy and poor beverage quality. The partners who I’ve spoken to both inside the cafe and in the drive-thru have come across as disinterested, impatient, and honestly kind of rude. I mean, I get it, I feel that way all the time as a barista, but it’s very unprofessional and against our mission and values as Starbucks partners to allow that to slip into the customer experience.I ordered a drink with toasted vanilla, and I specified that I wanted 4 half pumps, (the pump on the toasted vanilla bottle only dispenses half of a pump, therefore some locations will pump twice for every 1 pump that a customer requests). The barista who took my order put an “ask me” on my drink, which tells the barista who makes the drink to ask for clarification, and told them to put 8 half pumps instead of the 4 I requested.Obviously I miscommunicated, but I’m disappointed that they didn’t ask me considering I was standing 3 feet away, and instead made my order undrinkably sweet. On several occasions when I have ordered hot milk-based drinks, the barista preparing my drink did not aerate the milk when steaming, they just put the steam wand all the way into the pitcher and pulled the lever. This resulted in flat, foamless milk that might as well have been heated up in a microwave. The vanilla sweet cream, like at many locations, is very thin. Technically this is up to standard, but most stores that I’ve worked at prefer to add slightly more heavy cream than what the recipe calls for. This results in much thicker and creamier cold foam that can hold syrups far better than “properly” made sweet cream. Usually this isn’t an issue with the vanilla sweet cream cold foam, but the other flavors of cold foam frequently fail to, well, foam, and end up with a consistency and texture that can only be summed up as feeling like blended milk mixed with egg whites.Normally this can be fixed by simply adding a small amount of heavy cream before foaming, but when I requested this, I was looked at like I was a space alien.Speaking of cold foam, today I ordered a drink with salted caramel cold foam, and what I received was a thin, flat, bubbly, and gooey attempt at cold foam that wasn’t even made with salted caramel, but with sugar cookie syrup. This store, with a little guidance, could become a fantastic representation of all that Starbucks strives for, in a central location with high potential traffic. But until the numerous quality and service issues are addressed, this store won’t be uplifting customers, or nurturing the human spirit.“Uplifting” is the key here. When all partners - from baristas to shift supervisors and managers stop at nothing to help each other grow, it enables and inspires people to strive for excellence, to never stop practicing, to make every cup with care and dedication, it translates directly to a better customer experience. By uplifting each other, we uplift the customer too.I hope that this store is able to better focus on following our mission and values, and that managers and shift supervisors are encouraged to more heavily promote quality of both service and beverages in the future.Until then, I’ll stick with the store on Sedgwick and Bethel.

If the drink is overfilled and is dripping down the side of the cup can you wipe it off instead of adding another cup overtop of the mess you created? The girl at the window was friendly, but whoever made my drink needs training.

I love my local Starbucks! I visit regularly, about once a week for work, and I am always greeted by my first name. Dinks are consistent, baristas are working as efficiently as they can with their busy drive through line. Kind, good coffee, fast, two thumbs up

When I arrive to take my order, the cashier greeted me with a what is it that you want? I thought maybe she was new or she was just in a bad mood, but throughout the rest of the service that she provided was just incredibly rude and disrespectful. it came across as snow. She did not want to be at work or serving any of the customers that came into the location. Her name was Ryann and I was just very shocked because I had never received any of this type of treatment before because I am a regular customer to this particular Starbucks location. I’m really debating if I were to return back to this location because of the treatment I received.

I just found out the employees work anniversaries aren't acknowledged in any way, not even with a thank you. The employees here are great! They deserve more appreciation from corporate.
