Went in for all over color and was charged $215!! The young man only graduated school two months prior. I was charged $75 for 4- ounces of additional color and $25 for a flat iron service I never received. I would not recommend this salon

I have never been more upset about a haircut in my entire life life. When I noticed it was a young man who was going to cut my hair I froze and almost asked for someone else. I wanted to give this guy the benefit of the doubt, though that he could cut hair and especially women’s hair. My bangs are my comfort. I have a bad colic in the front and I told him that that if you cut too much off the right side that it will Spring up. I gave him clear instructions to only trim right to the top of where my eyebrows are. He clearly seemed to understand. Then he was like oh I’m sorry I cut more than you wanted. When I looked in the mirror I can’t even express what I was feeling. He not only cut my bangs so short the right side(left of photo) there was tons of long hair hanging on the other side. He had the audacity to ask me what was wrong. I said besides the length it’s not even even. He cut it and proceeded to cut all of it even shorter. . He also took off 4 inches of my length instead of two inches. No big deal that I could live with. At this point I could not even look at myself in the mirror. I went to pay and asked for Manager. I could see the shocked look on her face. At this point I was crying. Alls she did was not charge me and said she could fix it for me. Other than fixing the long hair I still have hanging on my shitty bangs. (See photo) she obviously could not fix the length. The really sad thing is the guy who cut my hair said to me “at least it will grow back”. Like that is going to help me for the next two weeks. The fact that I have to wear a ball cap for the next two weeks because it looks that bad, and only get a haircut I didn’t rightly have to pay for. Is not acceptable. Will never use them again. This guy should not be cutting hair. I have attached a before and after picture.

Absolutely horrible place..my 16 year old daughter went in for something she's had done at plenty of places and doesn't take to long. This place seen her coming because the girl that did her hair did nothing but talk talk without working then says she charges by the hour. It ended up costing my daughter almost $700 for something she normally pays $120.. her hair was so extremely fried afterwards and they destroyed her brand new jacket I just bought her when I went back in to set at least pay for the jacket you guys have destroyed they told me no but they could do in-store credit..I so wish I could give it zero Stars

Ashley A continues to amaze me! I'm not the easiest customer. Most times I don't have a clue about what I want to do with my color or cut but she always manages to give me exactly what I need. Perfect color, perfect cut.

Jolene was awesome! It can be a scary experience having someone new doing your hair, but those fears were quashed when I realized how much experience she had. She gave me a full foil and a haircut and did an amazing job… and I have a lot of hair. The salon was clean and everyone I interacted with was really pleasant. Totally great experience!

I absolutely love Ashley. She is so sweet, and talented. I love the big change up with the management (it WAS needed!)The salon probably needed some sage. Lol. I love the new decor.

Ashlynn is absolutely the cutest and sweetest hair dresser I have had in a long time. She was very informative and helpful. And I ask A LOT of questions. I also have autism, and have some sensory sensitivities… she was very gentle. They also got in last month mute on my way home from a long commute. Quick friendly service. Ashlynn got my wash, haircut (with light layers) done in under 45 minutes.
Crystal was very pleasant and has a sweet energy about her. Very professional yet down to earth at the same time. I will definitely be back and bring my kids! Thanks so much you two! <3

Highly recommend!! Needed a Sunday appointment for my daughter for a prom undo & they're not open on Sunday. Crystal offered to come in! She was so sweet & did a beautiful updo!!! My daughter & I were incredibly happy!!!

Ashley is amazing!! She is very thoughtful about learning my daily hair routine in order to teach me how to care for my hair. She is spot on with her recommendations. I also love how she colors my hair!

I requested an appt at 4:30pm. Appt was accepted. Received a text to confirm, I confirmed the appt. I get a call to come in 20 minutes early to my appt so the stylist can squeeze me in between colors. I wasn't able to come in early, I was still at work. They asked if I could come in at 5 pm instead. Well ok. I arrive early 4:55pm. I was told immediately stylist is running late. How late i asked? Another 20 -25 Minutes. Why is the stylist allowed to overbook? This is unacceptable. I did not stay. This would be the 3rd issue with an appt i've booked with this store. Shame on me for trying to be loyal. I do not recommend unless you have a flexible schedule.

Great experience, great cut. Ashlynn H. did a great job on my hair. Best cut I've had in a long time. There is a sign out front referencing a new manager. The place was very clean and looked great. I recommend it based on my experience.
