Website said the pet wash station was open. Get there to find out it is not open and was recently renovated but they do not know when it will reopen. This should be stated on their website. Super annoying and inconvenient. Cashier looked at me like I was dumb for even asking.

They did some renovations and the counters are all combined at the front of the store. It seems much more personable. The plants are in for spring and had to get a puppy pool before they are gone this year! Highly recommend this store.

We buy all our farm supplies there. The employees are friendly and kind! They are knowledgeable about their own products and about farm related topics in general. if someone doesn’t happen know an answer to one of my questions though, they find someone else there that does know the answer. Great place to shop!

Tractor Supply Store is a fairly new discovery for me and I fell in love with this store immediately. It is most awesome, and I’lldefinitely be a repeat customer as they offer so very much for so many needs at great prices and of great quality.

I went into the store to get dog food and I was hoping to make it a quick trip. Naturally, having two children with me under the age of 6 it was anything but. The lines were long and it took a while to check out. It is to be expected the day after a holiday and I was fine waiting. My children were a bit rowdy and their ability to listen and stay in one spot was waning. As I was exiting the store an older male employee asked me if I was having fun yet. He seemed amused by my children and their antics. I smiled and said "not at all". I was trying to get out of the store and he grabbed my shoulder and said "mommy, mom, mommy, mama" and he shook my shoulder multiple times while yelling mom at me. I was shocked and appalled that a staff member would see a stressed out and overstimulated mother and think it was funny to put his hands on her let alone taunt her as she trying to get out of the store with her two young children. It is never appropriate for anyone to put their hands on a customer whether it is with good intentions or not. I will never return to this store as I don't feel safe or respected. You really need to go over some professional development with your older staff members.

They don't always have what I am looking for when I am looking for it, but they also tend to be the closest store that carries the products I am looking for.Staff members at this location have been patient, polite, and helpful. Thanks!

Wanted a new pallet bbq. Looked online between Walmart and tractor supply. Even that Walmart was 20$ cheaper I went with TS because it was supposed to be 'next day pickup'. Order Number: 1137027023 Order Date: Aug 21, 2023 Today is September , Labor Day , and the bbq is still somewhere in PA. So much for family cook out, thanks to TS. Sorry that the local store will get bad review because is not their fault. But I had to complain about somebody. I want to make sure people know not to trust TS!!!!!
