Chuck was great! From getting there and getting me hooked up with the trailer and making the process smooth, to being responsive to my phone calls. Had a situation come up and was able to call and explain. Chuck was understanding and provided OUTSTANDING customer service. You just don’t see that any more so it really stands out when you do. Will be doing all my business here in the future. Bunch of U-Haul places in town, but none with this kind of service. Thanks, Chuck!

Great customer service, friendly and welcoming. Very fast rental processing and checkout! 10/10 would recommend!P.S.- everyone rents a uhaul for 9am-when they open. Pro-tip: book for 10am and you’ll skip the wait!

10/10! I have no complaints. This was the easiest and by far the best experience I have ever had with U-Haul. The gentleman that helped us when we came to pick up our trailer was exceptional. Friendly, helpful and genuine! I will probably go out of my way to utilize this location in the future. THANK YOU!!!!
