When I arrived, there was a long line all the way out the door. There was three staff members and two was helping one customer. The other gentleman was helping a customer with gift wrapping. The line wasn’t moving at all and the manager had to tell the gentleman to please help the customers that was waiting in the line. It seemed very disorganized and poorly managed. I was charged $1 for a service fee for a paper to be printed. I was also charged .55 cents to get a document printed in color. Make sure you ask about all the extra hidden fees and charges before hand at this place. (I'll make sure to choose Staples for printing documents from now on)
I used to love coming to this UPS, but the customer service is just it’s getting worse by the minute.

The UPS Store in Port Orchard is fantastic! The staff here is always professional, friendly, and super helpful. Whether I’m shipping packages, printing documents, or getting something notarized, they make the whole process smooth and stress-free. They’re efficient, explain everything clearly, and genuinely care about customer service. The store is always clean, organized, and well-run. It’s my go-to place for all things shipping and business services—highly recommend!

The clerk was so nice and attentive! I wanted to print color flyers for my daughter’s birthday. He even did test prints to make sure they were the right size. Very nice and easy!

Can you come in about a delay package that a sender sent to you but its at the brem ups facility that is permanently shut down? My boyfriend got me a pandora charm and it’s been delayed since January 2, 2025 and it’s stressing me out so could i come in and sort the issue out and fix the issues?

Don't bother calling. Their voicemail box is full so you can't leave a message and they never pick up the call.

Amazon returns here are quite difficult and super long lines. Reading reviews apparently I’m not the only one. Only place I have been to that refused my return while it was already in a box while stating it needed to be in a standard shipping box. Never needed even a box at most places I’ve returned to. But hey I guess I just need to go across the street for business.

They will charge you $1 for a piece of tape if you don't tape your box beforehand. Make sure you bring your own if you're returning any Amazon items at this place. (I'll make sure to choose Staples for returns from now on)

This UPS store is a joke and they are the most unhelpful store I have ever been to. Both my husband and I had Amazon returns to do and went in separately and we were both unimpressed and disappointed in the customer service. They clearly don’t have up to date procedures with Amazon returns and made returning extremely difficult. Will not be visiting this store again.
