I wish I could give this place zero star . I took my registration card to get laminate it .the employee was new to this process so he had to ask the owner to help him. the owner neglected to standby his new employee and guide him through this process .My only registration card was damaged by this place so bad I can’t even take it to my work . This place should be shut down!!! Lack of knowledge lack of responsibility and lack of diligence towards customers important documents. The owner should be sham of himself!!! I will never step into this place again .

I have used them 6 times and only 1 of those times has it not been a painful experience. Each time it has varied in what I have shipped through them and the experience is only getting worse. They either do not know what they are doing or they refuse to do their most basic portion of their job. I now drive all the way to Silverdale to use that office instead.Avoid this store like the freaking plague.

Advertised Notary service online, which indicated walk-in service available. Came in today for notary service and was told there is no notary service available today. Disregard their website information and call ahead to see if they actually have a notary available.

This UPS repeatedly lost my returns to Amazon, more than 3 times in the past 2 months. Return - Refund - In Transit - Fail to Receive - Charged again.... Terrible. Other UPS stores never have such issues in the past decade when I have Amazon.

I went into the UPS store Port Orchard at 1655 thinking that they would just scan the two items I had to return to Amazon. Little did I know, Amazon wanted printed labels for both of these returns. I’ve been shopping with Amazon for many years and have not run into this issue before today, so I was surprised and caught off guard. The “Customer Service” agent it was helping me let me know the whole time I was standing in front of him just how irritated he was with me and the whole situation. He was rude, condescending, and if this was not the only UPS store in town, I would legitimately never go there again.

I appreciate having a UPS store near by, but why are a majority employees act as if it kills them to have to help anyone. A little smile and friendliness goes a long way.

Stopped her to do some shopping returns. The two guys working were extremely friendly and efficient. They had everything already packaged and ready to go before I could pull up the QR codes. I would stop here again for shipping needs.
