On site self serve? Can't even get a priority envelope after close? I needed to send a priority document out, figured I'd stop here, get it done... Nope, no priority boxes or envelopes. Now I can print labels and pay postage for it!?!?!

I’m not sure the name, but the blond lady here is probably one of the most miserable pieces of work I’ve ever met. Maybe put her in the back so no one has to deal with her.

Delivery is really good but the staff at the desk are rude especially the man there. I cringe whenever I have to visit this location.

Informed delivery says package delivered at or near mailbox, at my box within 10 minutes and nothing. Have been trying for 2 days to get help via USPS website, repeatedly filing ot their 5 step form and the site fails every time on the last step. All attempts to follow up with customer service same with no response. All venders please, STOP USING USPS and their garbage level service!

Claims you tried to deliver my package. Camera proves this is a lie. You claim you left a notice, another lie. This happens often. Tried to email the company, filled out a form for 30 minutes only to be given an error and said oops too bad try again. Bro my package is my ability aid, I literally cannot go pick it up. What the FFFFFFFrito

They don’t seem to understand the concept of forwarding mail to a different address, despite the many payments and sending in of verifications.. personal information has been getting sent to someone else at my old address.. it’s a bit concerning

This location has a very rude and disrespectful employee at the front counter. Her name is Ginger. She cuts people off while being spoken to, instead of helping front counter efficiently, she decides to talk personal with customers instead of showing urgency to help customers get on their way. My whole reason to come into the USPS was to personally drop off my resume for a potential job opportunity. All this happened around 12:10-12:25pm. Ginger, saw me come into the building and wait patiently in line for 10+ minutes. There was a line of 6-7 people waiting in front of me. I already know that applications are to be filled out online not in person. I tried to let Ginger know I already applied for any available jobs at this location USPS but she completely shut me down before I can even finish my sentence and said “We do not take these” and pointed my resume back at me. She continues, “ look here, it says applications online.” My whole thinking before I even stepped foot into the building was to come in, drop off my resume, so that whomever was in charge at the facility can put a face to the application online. Gingers attitude and demeanor was uncalled for and very unprofessional. She is definitely not placed in the correct position the way she treated me. Who is to say others in the community did not get the same disrespect and attitude in someway by Ginger? Ginger is a prime example of workers who give a bad rep to certain businesses and with her in the front desk, she represents all who work at that facility. Not impressed and definitely would not want to have anything to do with this unprofessional worker.

Yikes, nooo thank you. This location is the pits. It doesn’t matter if they’re busy or dead. It always takes me way too long to get out of there. On top of that, I would say about 90% of the time the staff is unpleasant and clearly unhappy. I have noticed their main post master lady being awfully rude to employees as well. Overall atmosphere is just flat out gross.

I was shipping out a package today, don’t come to the post office too often, but the times that I have I’ve dealt with the same lady. I know because she always has an extremely poor attitude towards customers. She is very passive-aggressive/ condescending and made me step out of line to write an address on my package after I waited in line for around 20 minutes just to take 30 seconds to write down something. And then I had to get back in line to wait another 15 minutes. It’s not hard to be nice to someone, a small but poor interaction like this can turn someone’s day around and not for the better.

4/29/25 2:45pm. the lady at the front desk was extremely unprofessional. she needs to drop the attitude. super rude to other people and myself. there was a bit of a wait but nothing that bad. the other man that helped me was nice, gave me my package and i headed out. i just wrote this review on here though because that lady left me with a sour taste in my mouth.

I used to go out of my way to promote the usps. Especially with the gop trying to shut them down.
Used them for all my business shipping.
Bought a bunch of postcard stamps to give people buying postcards I sold.
One of the clerks in the 98366 post office turns out to be a major dickhead.
I went to pick up certified mail. Tried signing their screen with my finger as we do at my business and as most screens work. It didn't work but instead of letting me know, the guy made a snide remark about the little stylus.
Then I tried the stylus and it didn't work much better. I mumbled ffs under my breathe after another snide remark.
Then the guy said well, if you aren't going to sign it right just leave.
So I left.
While I was leaving he made a disparaging remark about my business.
After that remark i tried and failed to find a place to leave a formal complaint on their webpage.
I will attempt to call the local postmaster but their phone number so far is putting me in touch with a robot that can't understand what I want.
I have always had great relationships with mail carriers for my business, not so much my rural home. It's hit and miss with postal workers and some people really should not be public facing.

No wonder this Post Office has such rating. Non of my packages from Florida never got delivered promptly over the years. Now I have 2 missing. I did not know that my Florida Post Office can get more from the confirmation number that says “ delivered”. But they can get gps data and more. They found out that 9505515464144306288550 package was “misdelivered”. $15 priority mail with medicine and family pictures. No answer to inquiry from some “Robert” at 98366 Post Office. Now the package 9361289717240497579150 is missed. Two hats bought the same day from the same Amazon seller. One was delivered by Amazon in time and another was never delivered by USPS. Both packages are not worth stealing, so it is not the case. Tomorrow my replacement Priority Mail should come UDER THE SIGNATURE this time. Buying popcorn.

Carrier often states “attempted delivery” or “no suitable location” when we’ve been home all day (work from home). No notice left. We also regularly get mail addressed to our neighbors (and our mail misdelivered as well). We have no trust in USPS anymore.
