If I could give negative I would. Been with Verizon twenty years, not too many complaints, however I never entered the port orchard store.
What a bunch of used car salesman. I hate to think I’m that old guy that gets hustled, but that’s what happened. I bought a phone for my son who is preteen, just for calls for me and his family. He’s a kid, no internet, no social media. I was given several prices which I kept saying no. I can just go buy a pay as you go from Walmart. They kept me on the line so to speak. Finally we agreed on a flip phone that had insurance and no internet free activation after tax for 20 more. What an illusion. First bill was two hundred more, now it’s 60 more and the phone has about ten calls in nearly three months. I called and I did get many reduced but stuck.
Never enter this business, much greater results calling Verizon direct.

Always helpful and cheery. Today my Android issue was odd and the young lady tried her best to help me. She got my cell logged out of Google, something I had been trying to do for days. I wanted to relay that after I left and figured out how to log back into my Google account, my inaccurate "storage full" error was fixed. I believe my apps not being updated in so long caused the error. FYI for anyone else having this issue. Log out of your apps now and then and reboot the cell. Seems to rectify a lot of issues.

Edith and Kalen both assisted my husband and me. We traded in our 2 IPhones for 2 15 pro max’s. They assured we received our loyalty discount! We have been Verison members for about 24 years. The staff was eager to help, very through, absolutely the best staff!! We were there a couple of hours and noted all the staff was quick to assist any customers that arrived. Very positive environment.
Please note we live in Allyn Washington, right next to Belfair. I had terrible experience there ( they are a TCC retailer). It Staff told me he wasn’t motivated and other staff member wasn’t any better. Will never go there. I will always make the extra drive to Port Orchard!!

Deceptive sales and business practices, straight up lies to gain sales & commission. Poor customer service, we were assured that it would be taken care of by 6 different CSRs, yet here we are with some unexpected charges that we had not agreed to on our bill. Expensive with hidden fees and charges added on without notice. Reported to attorney general.
