My dog's prescription has to be filled monthly, which means I have the unparalleled joy of dealing with this pharmacy's incompetence every 30 days. Nothing is ever ready on time. I renew by phone well in advance, and the phone system always deceives me into thinking my prescription will be ready on a certain day and time. This month, I decided to try booking a pickup for Sunday, and not actually showing until Monday. But no, the system deleted it, "for some reason", and now I'm waiting 40 minutes for a pharmacist to count 60 pills into a bottle.

WARNING!!! Do not but food of any kind from this Rite Aid in Port Orchard, WA. I made the mistake of buying a package of bacon to save myself a seperate trip to the grocery store. The sell by date was 3 months prior. When I returned it I checked the cooler and every single package of bacon was expired. The manager seemed completely unconcerned. Since then I made the mistake of buying several snack items at different times and all were so stale they could not be eaten. I vowed to refrain from purchasing any food items from them to save having to go back for returns. I do have to go in periodically to pick up prescriptions and recently gave into temptation and bought a package of Easter candy -a Russell Stover chicolate marshmallow egg. I should not have been shocked but I was, to find that the chocolate was grayish from age and the marshmallow had sort of liquified to a gooey sticky mess. Disgusting! Save yourself the disappointment and frustration and just dont buy edible products at this badly managed store.

From not putting all my Rx's in the bag and having to drive 30 minutes round trip to get it several times and then filling the wrong dosage, 5mg instead of 20 mg, making excuses and not owning up to it. This has got to be the worst Rite Aid I've ever been to

I say being downright rude isn't excusable. But with the pandemic and lack of staff we need to give them a break. It's not their fault! I'm happy with my experience's. The pharmacist I had were polite and helpful. These are difficult times. If I had it my way I would have kicked that loud mouthed women out of the store and had security at the door with her until she understood what appropriate behavior is.

I was waiting in line to get my booster shot when this obese woman started berating the pharmacy techs. Turns out her doctor hadn't put her prescription through. The pharmacist is on the phone FOR her with her doctor's office trying to help, and the entire time she is yelling, cutting in line, and trash talking these poor employees (who are unbelievably nice). Anyway, watched this busy pharmacist stand up for his techs and basically shut this woman down. This woman was horrible and I'll be upset if this guy gets anything but praise from corporate. Coming here from now on.

Rite Aid pharmacy in Port Orchard Sucks. The drive thru has not been open for months, they say it's because they can't find anybody to work but I go there late at night and they have 4 people working. I have seen that drive thru open many times with only 3 people working in the past. They are just lazy. Tonight I go there after checking the hours, says they are open until 10pm but when I get there at 8:30 they are closed. Poor management and lazy staff can't even update their hours. Changing to Walgreen.

So I called them to ask them a simple question if they had a specific item. The older lady who answered me was definitely a Karen and she cut me off before I even finished talking and just had an attitude. Honey I'm sorry you've been working there for majority of your life. Plz quit if you're truly that miserable :)

Don't come here the pharmacy is so rude.. came to get my vaccine and the lady at the counter did not even acknowledge me for an hour and I had an appt! When she did acknowledge me she was very cold and rude.. it was really upsetting.. and than I still waited forever after that..

Not the best Rite Aid. The drive up pharmacy has a line that wraps around the perimeter of the store at 12pm and anytime after 3pm making it damn near impossible to pick up your prescriptions. The wait inside is no different. Anytime that I've gone into the main store after 5pm I will stand at the cash register waiting for the attendant to take their time stocking shelves before I am helped. Not sure if they are just highly understaffed or what the deal is?

The pharmacist dude here is not a people person at all and that's putting it mildly. They should lock him in a room away from others because WOW. Basically if you want the crappiest customer service ever and hate people who are helpful and accommodating while spending far too much money on meds, come here. Otherwise seek a different pharmacy. There are plenty to choose from in this town.

I've experienced the worst customer service every single time I've had to visit this store location. I only HAVE to come to this store for prescriptions and it's always been a hassle. It's been so awful that I transferred my prescriptions to multiple different stores. I, unfortunately, am forced to use this location again. Regardless of the situation, I get poor attitudes and eye rolls. Dealing with things that are not my fault and being treated poorly while dealing with them is why I will now drive out of my hometown, all the way to Bremerton just to get a prescription filled. 0/10 do not recommend this pharmacy!

Walked in. Walked out. Didn't have chocolate malted crunch ice cream. Scratch that NO rite aid brand ice cream at all. I traveled from Minneapolis, Minnesota because of the great things I heard about this flavor. Needed to purchase tums but knew they'd be cheaper at the local Walmart. Won't be returning maybe because I live 25 hours away but mostly because there was no chocolate malted crunch ice cream.
