A welding supply store that obviously deals mostly with professionals, yet treats the DIY with a lot of respect and offers help.

I have a home-handyman shop and do misc. mig. I attended Renton Tech for my classes some years back. I have a Miller 211 and quite some time ago was brazing daily in order to make and sell brass and copper artworks at many art shows. I bought my 211 from Lynnwood and have purchased misc. items through Port Townsend. I found Jeremy at Lynnwood and Ryan at Port Townsend to be exceptionally helpful and patient. I am not a welding professional and sometimes I struggle to understand welding products and processes I have not worked with previously. With that in mind, I especially appreciate that these fellows have always taken the time to help me advance my knowledge and make the best purchase decisions.

The woman at the checkout cashier desk was rude and curt. Customer service isn’t on her agenda, even when you are the only customer in the store.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me out when I didn't have an account because I'm not from around here.
