Nice and efficient. Signed outside due to COVID precautions but staff did not wear masks even when handing off documents in case proximity.

This place is owned by the same person who owns the other escrow in town and the one in Clallam. They are not professional, often in error and can't line up the paperwork or numbers. I went in knowing they have made errors on other transactions and they simply do not care. I have closed sales in many counties and states and never have I run into so many people on the same screwdriver who haven't a clue, it is as if the customer is a hot potato that gets thrown from one desk to the other. Simple cash transaction should have been simple not there. I submitted information sometimes a three times and was asked again at closing for missing information, huh? THey have no pride in their work and should not be licensed to deal with money and numbers. No you can't go somewhere else unless they have an office in the county, it's a racket.

So far, my experience has been very positive. Friendly staff in a quiet, modern building, maintained well. And they have taken their time to answer the few questions I've asked. Parking was easy.
