“The person helping me, Ja'Nelle, was knowledgeable and helped me make decisions on the best print/scan job. She greeted everyone that came in and it was overall a good experience.”

“I love those employed at this post office. There is nowhere I have yet been in town that gives the same sense of caring for others and going above and beyond at their work to help build community, connection and a feeling of belonging just by being. The value of this is beyond what I can convey in words. The warmth, patience and consideration shown by staff, I just wish to commend — I am certain that it has helped countless people continue on their day and their lives with a peace and comfort in knowing the world is still full of humans that truly care for no other reason than you are a human in their presence. Specifically I want to give an acknowledgement for Lee, I had posted a pretty trivial suggestion via the USPS website, not expecting anyone, especially locally, to bother in paying much time to — let alone reaching out to ensure I had known I’d been heard and offering what options I might consider to solve the issue I was having, thank you Lee and everyone for being so wonderful and welcoming.”
