if there was less than one star, they would get it. They were supposed to seed the yard with clover and wildflower and grass. I provided clover and wildflower seed. They were supposed to provide the grass seed. they didn't and the yard looks dreadful. They were given instuction son the landscaping which they ignored and did the opposite of what was requested. They then refused to make it right.
