Port Townsend Goodwill is a smaller store but is noted for being very clean and well-organized. Reviews describe an excellent clothing selection and good quality items overall, including cookware, electronics parts, and some new goods. The staff are consistently reported as friendly and helpful. However, some customers find the prices surprisingly high for a thrift store. The location no longer sells furniture and does not have fitting rooms, and it has a store-credit-only return policy. This nonprofit store supports community programs through its sales.
It's just like any other Goodwill, accept it's close enough for me to walk. The management is friendly and so is the staff. It's always very clean and organized. And busy. Lol

Nice looking store BUT not having access to a restroom as a paying customer was very disappointing.

Staff is friendly for the most part. If people have an abundance of reusable bags it would be nice to maybe drop off some for the shoppers. Prices are becoming a bit steep considering everything is donated items
