Neil did a wonderful job repairing damage to the front bumper of my 2021 Prius. He got me in for an estimate right away and the estimate was less than I had feared. He was able to schedule the repairs in less than 2 weeks and finished it when promised. The end result looks like the damage never happened.

I was hit by a deer in June 2020. Renaissance bid and got the job. It was delivered to me one month later with significant problems still unsolved. They took it back and got an additional sum from my insurance company. They took the car and returned it three times with no work done. This has gone on and on. I finally realize they have no intention of finishing the work even though they have been paid the initial payment and a second payment.Services: Body & Trim

Neil and Dakota did a wonderful job repairing my bumper after I was lightly rear-ended. The work was done quickly, was reasonably priced, and I was treated respectfully. I would highly recommend them, and will return if need be (but hopefully not, lol). Thank you!

We hate to have to use an auto body shop but if you have to, this is the place to go. Neil was meticulous, he communicated every step of the way, and our van looks like new again. I'd definitely come here again if I had to...although I hope I don't.

I was visiting the Seattle area and got lightly backed in to. I took my car to resistance auto design to fix the minor ding that resulted. He (the owner I believe) cleaned it up and put some touch up on and had it looking new. He didn't charge me anything! So I strongly recommend because I believe this place does good, honest work based on this experience.
