The staff in front have been very helpful and even when they’re busy, they are respectful and kind. I have had some excellent experiences. I have also received shots there, and they did a good job!

If I could leave no Stars I would! We were camping at Fort Warden last week and had to use this pharmacy unfortunately. My daughter called in her refill to be picked up here and I ran to town to grab it for her. She paid full price out of pocket for 90 capsules of her meds and I picked up her meds and headed back out to the campsite and handed off the bag just as I received it stapled with the receipt attached. My daughter calls me last night and asks me if I picked up 1 or 2 bottles. I said just 1 and she proceeds to tell me that 90 capsules won’t fit in the bottle I picked up.
So this morning I call the pharmacy to ask them to do a audit of said medication and was told that they don’t do that and if I lost my daughters prescription I can just call my local Safeway to have it refilled since there are refills left on this medication. Luckily it isn’t a Schedule II medication otherwise we’d be up a creek without support from this pharmacy.
The pharmacists recommended I check my surroundings and if I cannot find the prescription because it is lost to just have it refilled… and of course at our expense again. To a pharmacist at a non compounding pharmacy I say, You should have a perfect inventory count when you’re only job is to process prescriptions and count the pills. You should never have more or less than what your inventory says. Otherwise you’re shorting your customers there life preserving medication’s. To refuse a customer and audit of a medication that they have been shorted is beyond comprehension. It should take no more than 10 minutes to count one medication and see if you have more than what your inventory says you should have or less or if you’re right on.
Also, just a piece of advice it takes work to get 2.2 stars on your review. I mean, that means that people are actually taking the time to come out here and leave negative reviews for your pharmacy. Why is that? I’m going to venture a guess that it’s not because you just have a bunch of grouchy customers. There’s something inherently wrong with how you deal with Customer s in your pharmacy.
Google really needs to come up with a way for people to be able to leave zero stars because leaving a one star review is not leaving an honest review here.

I went to pick up my heart medication on 12/14 that was called into the pharmacy on 12/13. I was told that it would not be available until after 4 PM. on 12/16. The prescription is for a statin, a very common heart medication. There are other pharmacies in town that I will be using in the future.

2024- the last 2.5 years have been a great experience with this pharmacy. Somewhat new to town, and happy to have them. They really know what they’re doing with some of the new changes in protocol and rules. Nice folks, consistently good help.

The staff and pharmacist were very helpful and professional for me. They transferred my prescriptions from another state and had everything ready to pick up within 48 hours. The pharmacist was available to answer a question. They did a good job.

I switched pharmacies from Dons in Port Townsend, after 25 years to Safeway. Having experienced getting my Rxs at Safeway for several months now, I’m going to switch-again. Every time I pick up my Clonzapam Rx, I’m treated like a criminal. Plus, one of the male pharmacists, is very creepy and arrogant. He shouldn’t even be working there! So once again, I’m taking my business elsewhere. That pharmacy is a joke.

They shuttered up for lunch. There was nothing online about that, and no signage indicated that was the case. So I assumed they had randomly closed just before 1 p.m. I had talked to someone 30 minutes prior and mentioned I'd be back. I guess it slipped their mind? Please work on basic communication skills. I had other issues, such as the long lines, but it looks like other folks have covered that.
