About Sailor Vineyard
Sailor Vineyard is a small, family-run estate winery in Port Townsend. They grow Marechal Foch, Pinot Noir, and Dolcetto grapes, making true estate wine solely from what they grow. It is an all-gravity winery where the wine is fermented dry and barrel-aged smooth in an underground cellar, resulting in refreshingly rich, un-fined, and unfiltered wines. The experience is far from commercial. Visitors are often greeted for a personal tour of the vineyards and the production process, making it a delightful and informative visit. The winemakers are described as true artists and the best hosts, creating an incredible afternoon. The property also includes "Sailors' Snug," a fully contained guesthouse for two. Many call it a treasure and a must-visit in Port Townsend, a one-of-a-kind Italian oasis. It is recommended to call ahead for winery sales, tastings, and visits. Wine is also sold locally in Port Townsend stores.

Family-owned, 100% organic, small batch, traditional European style winery & vineyard. They are down to earth, very passionate about wine making, and true to their roots. Call ahead if you'd like a tour and tasting.

A delightful cottage in the countryside. Very colorful, clean and airy. The hosts are very interesting, pleasant folks who made us feel welcome. We would certainly stay there again

We had a great time visiting and tasting with Claire, Kit, Bowen and Pippin. Delightful and informative learning about their all gravity winery.
