The owner and employees are amazing problem solvers, they know shipping/packaging inside and out and go out of their way to help get the best price and method... even making a smaller box out of a bigger box with a magical tool in less than 15 seconds to reduce my shipping price by 60%. They are engaging and hilarious and I always leave with a smile on my face. We are a quirky town (thankfully ;-) and I've seen Mail Plus serve some pretty quirky packing and shipping requests when I've been there; and they do it thoughtfully, efficiently, and with patience and a sense of humor. I love it when I see other customers reciprocate that with the Mail Plus crew. It makes it a great personal experience for everyone... like what you'd expect in a friendly small town.”
