Membership is not required, but members get perks and financial dividends. Customers praise the best employees, top quality fruit and vegetables, and the best peanut butter. The shop labels items from local growers and makers and sells Washington products. It accepts EBT and WIC, and staff are friendly, healthy food and deli items are available. The place is clean, organic, with amazing produce, hot and cold food, baked goods, and a lovely dining area. It is highly recommended and called a jewel in Port Townsend, one of the country's finest co‑ops.
