“Port Townsend was great. The facility up there is very nice. However, the return facilities in Tucson was absolutely awful. I will never rent where I have to return in a big city like Tucson again but the people at Port Townsend were nice. I would recommend them. I'm just not a fan of the company anymore because of the return experience”
