The employee of this store was extremely helpful in getting a package shipped off. We can't remember his name, but he went overboard late on August 3rd, a Sunday afternoon to get our package taken care of. We highly recommend this UPS store.

Klevor at the UPS store delivers excellent service all the time, consistently going above and beyond to make sure people know what their options are, and he is very patient with an infectious positive attitude. Any time I need to mail anything, ever, I will go to the UPS store because of the customer service culture Klevor has driven.

I've had another great experience at your store. I appreciate being able to bring my Amazon returns. On Apr 6, I brought in an unpackaged return with the return label. Klevor explained it needed to be prepackaged. He offered solutions and came up with a pretty cheap way for packaging up my return so he could accept it. Prior to this, I also had a passport picture taken and it was the perfect size. Thank you!

I arrived at the UPS Store with some returns. The fellow was courteous and efficient, making my introduction to 'happy returns' with UPS a very positive experience. It's also a very nice store with good selections for shipping.

This store has an incompetent employee. I dropped off a box that was to be shipped back to centurylink, the employee himself was very rude, he did not give me a receipt and I never received an email confirmation. Now I am being charged from centurylink with 200$ for the modem that THIS STORE was supposed to send out and clearly did not send. The store says that the package isn't sitting in there and they claim it's not in their system even though I watched him scan the box and put it to the side.
I entrusted this store to be able to send a package that i put into their hands and now I'm being charged with a fee for something that I no longer in my possession.

Just had a really bad experience with the manager and today is March 24th 2025 He was helping me right in the middle of it and he walked off... he was upset about something... He was being rude to elderly people...He's being rude for the new employee that was working there... It's horrible And then he went put me through to anybody that could help me do a complaint about him... He wouldn't answer me and he now three items on that list that I had returned or not showing up as returned.....never using that store again...

Tried to ship next day air and this store let the package sit for a day resulting in a three day delay. I'll take it to Mail Plus next time.
