It is important to me that readers of google reviews know that it is almost certain that the writers of these negative reviews appear to be so used to shopping on Amazon.com that they have lost the ability to interface with real people. I am sorry that the owner of this store had to spend time to address these inane reviews. I have only been to this store 5 times, and each time I have been impressed not only with the selection and prices, but also with how I was treated like a human adult by whoever was working there. The employees have consistently been concise, articulate, and, above all, reasonable each time I have been there. I cannot stress enough how thoroughly I believe that the negative reviews this store has received are from people who who need to take a long hard look in the mirror and consider that they might be the ones who are the problem.”
