Management is prejudice against hispanics. Called the cops on my husband for no reason At all. The manager Rick was rude when my husband asked why he called the police on him, he refused to give an answer and of course Rick is caucasian. Next time you get service here pay attention on how you're treated. I will be contacting cooperate offic.

I am so done with Wells Fargo. Always broken ATM, no drive through. Every other bank in Pt Townsend is open. Walk in, drive through. Have to drive 30 miles to another branch. Lost my business.

I've always had very friendly, courteous, and professional service at this branch. I actually think it's more a symptom of the lovely people in Port Townsend than the bank itself. I've been to many horrible branches of WFB in California and elsewhere. But I'll take the welcoming local service gladly and gratefully. That's why I love living in this wonderful community. As far as the bank itself, if I wasn't so financially immersed and entangled with multiple financial products, I would have left them a long time ago. I despise their ethics and questionable practices. Hopefully I'll be able to do something about that someday. Meanwhile, this review is about this branch only. They're not responsible for the policies and restrictions of their corporate office, and they seem to do their best to make my experience as pleasant as they can under the circumstances.

Worst Wells Fargo Branch EVER!! I am over in N.Carolina where Hurricane Florence came ashore. Unfortunately I was in a bind and asked my family to deposit $200 cash in my account, so I could by Food & Gas... Apparently Wells Fargo changed their policy several months ago & will no longer accept cash to be deposited into ANYBODYS account that wasn't theirs...they then said a check was ok but cash wasn't???? Why?? My parents did not want to do this in fear that I wouldn't have access immediately to the funds. Several bank tellers including the bank manager ASSURED my parents that the money would be available EVEN tho it would NOT show the money available. They ASSURED my parents that because it showed $200 pending, I would be available to withdraw up to the $200 or USE MY DEBIT ANYWAYS!!! WRONG...after sitting on hold for 20 mins and being passed around from supervisor & executive supervisor, I was told there was nothing WELLS FARGO could do, EVEN THO THE MONEY WAS DEPOSITED & SHOWED PENDING!! THANKS WELLS FARGO FOR NOTIFYING YOUR CUSTOMERS OF CASH DEPOSIT CHANGES I guess being stranded in a disaster area with no food or gas ISN'T Wells Fargos problem & neither is the employees misleading & Lying to people! As soon as I can I am closing my acvount & will NEVER BANK WITH WELLS FARGO AGAIN! I should have known better than getting suckered in to closing my BANK OF AMERICA account in lieu of Wells Fargo...NEVER AGAIN
