The mani pedi service was quick—less than an hour, which was nice. Bummed with the quality of polish application. The cuticle was painted on most of my nails, so the polish is curling at the edge and looks likely to peel off.

Jenny was amazingly friendly it was such a great relaxing experience. my daughter and I both went for Holiday treat and the gel Manis were perfect and the pedis were so relaxing thank you!

They never answer their phone. Frustrating when trying to schedule an appointment. The online booking app does not seem to be working either.

I have been getting manicures and pedicures at Apollo for over 15 years. I’m done and won’t come back after today. Apparently there is new ownership and they don’t care about the experience. They care about turning people over and getting more in. So, don’t go here anymore, my friends.

Fantastic waxer and nail tech (I'm sorry I didn't get their names), genuinely so nice. Came in for an eyebrow wax, upper lip wax, and Mani, they made me feel comfortable despite looking like a freak with a red face post-wax, and my nail tech was so professional and kind.

Terrible experience, nail tech kept insulting how my nails looked. It made me feel very uncomfortable. Very unprofessional!!! Will not be returning!!!

While the spa pedicure was supposed to be 45 minutes, I was 'all done' by 30...I look forward to the salt scrub, lotion, massage but was pretty disappointed as the technician just went thru the motions but sure didn't make it much of a spa treatment. Will look elsewhere.

I went for a Brazilian for the first time, and the experience at the beginning was a bit stressful because the room is small and kind of in the middle of the spa, but anyways that didn't really matter, no biggie. I go in and I'm not sure if she just didn't get what I wanted even though I emphasized it a few times, but she took off more hair than I requested, which bothered me, and she slapped the wax on the area so quickly I couldn't really do much at that point. And a lot of the hair that I wanted removed which was long enough to be waxed wasn't removed and was kind of brushed over, making it so I had to shave afterwards because there were long hairs left behind. So kind of a waste of $57 dollars just to shave afterwards. But the areas she got look nice, but I wish she would've been a bit more thorough is all.

Listen, on a summer day this would be fine. But it's winter and I got a pedicure, and their heater was out and they also put a cooling lotion on my legs. It made my whole body cold and honestly the rest of the pedi was uncomfortable. I asked for a towel for my legs, and they asked if I could use my jacket...they got me a towel after a few minutes. I was just so cold, and they were asking me if I was happy with 2 coats of polish but I could still see through the polish to my toes....I won't be back. Nice person helping me, but too basic for what you pay.
