Went to this store 4 times in 3 weeks and the sign on the door says " I'm on my lunch break be back at" waiting and No one showing up. What a huge waste of time and gas to drive to and from. Super disappointed!

A mixed experience with little good.I have had rather mediocre help at every AT&T store in Kitsap County that I've been to over many years. They marvel at the discount of my corporate account, question me about my choice in Android HW, typical fan-boy stuff. Seldom able to do what I need.This store is the closest to where I live, so I have been there two times in the last week. First time, I was told that I could not look at any of the screens showing my account details- it would get them fired. Also told that they could do nothing to correct the damage AT&T did to mess up my account plan. Second time I went in (different dude), I needed to activate a new phone I had just received from AT&T. Was told that since I did not buy the phone at this specific store, he could not help me. Company policy. Total waste of time.So I went back home and activated the two phones on my own. One was easy, (10 min) the other took 2 1/2 hours on the phone with AT&Ts tech support, finally escalating to 4 tier. But it works now, and I don't think that the local store folks could have done this at all.The lesson in all this? Look at how little AT&T has invested in Kitsap- do you think you will ever see Gen5 coverage? I barely have LTE, yet I must pay for Gen5 anyhow. If they spend only the bare minimum for tower coverage, they will also provide the bare minimum for customer support with the local stores. I can see myself moving to Consumer Cellular in the future.

Jade provided excellent customer service over several days while helping me switch phone carriers. Jade deserved recognition for his willingness to work with me in person and over the phone to help me set up service with ATT. Thanks Jade! Job well done!

Jade was professionalKnowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful getting three new phones. I appreciate him going the extra mile. I was here several hours and I am so impressed with this young man. I will highly recommend Jade and the AT&T store in Poulsbo to all my friends and family in my day working in customer service we were taught the customer is always right give this young man a raise. He’s so deserves it.

Had wonderful service from Hayden W when upgrading my phone and iPad. Fast and efficient ! However when I got my bill there were some discrepancies in charges. Called 611 and got no help. Went back to the store and Hayden W. Graciously solved the problems. Thank you Haden. Will definitely be back!

The store rep Jade was very helpful and professional. He made the process very easy and he was helpful with all knowledge on upgrading to a new phone. I recommend Jade and this store. I was very satisfied ☺️

I called ahead to this store to make sure it was open, since i was remiss to discover the hours for the silverdale trails location were inaccurate online and didn’t want to run into the same issue. I called and asked what the hours were and the man on the other line said ‘we close at 7’. I show up only to find out this location also has ‘temporary hours’. Ridiculous.

Their system is so friggin bad watching staff try to use it is absolutely painful. The constant logging in, inconsistencies, dead ends. Figure it outtttt. Also only one staff member. Wi-Fi so bad I couldn’t open the email with my confirmation code. Insanely bad, the staff member was really great, just seemed like she was struggling to work in those conditions. Also waited 45 minutes for service.

At Poulsbo. Sold me a prepaid AND it didn't work, no signal. They told me i can get a refund, but then said it's not refundable. Then made me call the custumer service, that's sends me back to thé store, and the store told me to call the custumer service again. At thé very least After 2 weeks trying, the manager of the store said she'll get back to me by email. But never did. I lost 50 dollars for nothing, it's like money has no value and i let people who read this comment judge of how professionnal this team was. But they were nice and smiling you know, so i trusted.

The rep that was assisting me was not helpful or knowledgeable about the products. I felt like he really didn’t care about if I left happy or not at all. I was so disappointed because I spent so much money there.
